
I like Provana because it automated what used to be a hard, manual work. I don't know exact number but as I have hard my boss saying that before Provana our team was reviewing only about 10 - 20% of calls. with this program almost 100% of calls are reviewed and the process is very easy because of automatisation. It's is hard to say but what I disliked in Provana is that it has language barrier. it works really good on English but not on other languages. also I have heard my colleges say that it was hard to sat up especially key words part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
