**What do you like best about Provana Speech Analytics?**

I like Provana because it automated what used to be a hard, manual work. I don't know exact number but as I have hard my boss saying that before Provana our team was reviewing only about 10 - 20% of calls. with this program almost 100% of calls are reviewed and the process is very easy because of automatisation.

**What do you dislike about Provana Speech Analytics?**

It's is hard to say but what I disliked in Provana is that it has language barrier. it works really good on English but not on other languages. also I have heard my colleges say that it was hard to sat up especially key words part.

**What problems is Provana Speech Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I have mentioned with this tool monitoring calls become very easy and effective. before we only reviewed about 15% of call but now percentage is up to almost 100%. it's beneficial for me, because job that was manual and time consuming is now automated.

The customazation of the ICAP dashboard and the support from their team has been vital in helping us obtain goals.  Their constant attention is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Provana Speech Analytics?**

I do not think there is anything I have disliked about the use of their program.

**What problems is Provana Speech Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to pinpoint individual Agents strengths and weaknesses allowing us to create custom training to create stronger Agents
