
I find ProProfs Net Promoter Score to be user-friendly and the best platform for finding customer loyalty through simple, effective feedback management. I appreciate how it helps give one simple, reliable score to show how customers feel, making it easy to spot unhappy customers early and take action before they leave. It also identifies happy customers. I like that it gives clear, simple insights without complicating things, saving a lot of time. The clarity it provides helps me make faster, more confident decisions. I also appreciate that it was pretty easy to set up, with a straightforward interface that doesn’t require a technical background to get it live quickly. A couple of things that could be better are that deeper reporting feels a bit basic, and the survey customization could be more flexible. Sometimes you need more advanced filters or analytics, which isn’t super strong yet. I wish the reporting had more advanced filters and deeper breakdowns without needing to export data. Also, survey customization could be a bit more flexible with better design options and smarter follow-up logic. It’s good overall, but a little more depth would make it even stronger.
