I can create quizzes for my webinar attendees and they can obtain their own certificates which I love. **What do you dislike about ProProfs Net Promoter Score?** It can sometimes be a little glitchy, but nothing I can't handle. **What problems is ProProfs Net Promoter Score solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to track learning and track the number of people obtaining certificates. You were also able to organize everything so it was a nice and clean look. **What do you dislike about ProProfs Net Promoter Score?** While it was a clean look, it was also a little bit boring.
