As it provides to your bare hands a lot of tools like LMS, Training options, and Phishing simulations, it requires that you have a plan or at least a scope to work with. It lacks an easy assistant or documentation with simple proposals to develop your awareness plan internally. As I said, you should know what you're going to do with the toolset that PSAT brings. Proofpoint Security Awareness Training integrates very well with existing Proofpoint customers. This provides one solution for email protection and end-user education. I would have liked a training session when we first were onboarded. We were able to set this up with Proofpoint but the team had to discover the features on how to use the product ourselves. I really like the hands-on customization options that PSAT started with. The library is fairly large, and the content covers a variety of security topics. It was easy to integrate with our internal LMS, which helped with our compliance standards for training. They are moving away from self-guided customization in favor of a pay-per-customization feature. On one hand, it takes away the manual aspect of the customization, but I was disappointed to lose the hands-on feel and have additional charges.
