This allows immediate remediation of incoming phishing messages without the need for the security team to take manual actions. We do get some false positives but we have a good process for restoring messages that are pulled in error and we work these during business hours. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** The difficulty with all security training products is finding training materials that fit your organization -- Proofpoint was the closest alignment of the vendors we reviewed but this will certainly vary for each company. **What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?** The greatest advantage is the training of users to identify phishing messages and the ability to provide immediate feedback when they report a message. The interface is intuitive, the trainings out of the box are helpful without the need to customize every single letter. They have changed them since, and I can now say that they are just "OK". It's easy to use the canned templates or build messages based on real-world phishing messages that are more germane to an organization. I appreciate being able to export LMS-type training and use in my organization's standard learning tools. Overall adoption was quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** ProofPoint's tools don't always integrate well with each other. In this case, PSAT-generated phishing emails aren't recognized by ProofPoint's automated threat pulling systems, creating issues for each. I'm not sure there's good directory integration, either. It would be nice to pull in addresses and users from any of the other ProofPoint tools we have in our environment, but I haven't found that process to be straightforward. **What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our end users were too susceptible to phishing, and malicious emails remain one of the biggest threat vectors for attacks that would cause us business interruption. They are doing a disservice to this company. I had to put together all the material as they didn't have any comparison data and information to help customers build a use case, when asked they had comparisons with their competitors which is useless for upgrading products. Most users don't want to be trained over and over on the same topics month to month, so there is some searching and customization. I appreciate their help and willingness to champion our phishing program. We've had many technical issues, and the team has been willing to step in to drive us towards a resolution. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** User management, reporting dashboards, inability to set appropriate conditions for auto-enroll training (e.g. 3 or more failures in a 12-month period = user getting assigned AE training), content library, and tools don't always integrate well. **What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email and cybersecurity risks related to phishing/social engineering. Having a dedicated Managed Services Representative that we meet with weekly has been critical to maturing our phishing program. We don't have an analyst dedicated 100% to our phishing program, so I am able to cover 25% of my time and lean on the support from our Managed Services Representative and do phishing sims on a monthly basis. For us, maintaining the regular cadence with high-risk groups is key, and doing an all-staff simulation once a quarter (every 3 months) is an important baseline. ### 20. I would like to see a way to automate or randomize user assignment for the different campaigns. To select the AD group for the phishing campaign, I have to scroll enough to find the group I was searching for.
