Prompt really has the solutions for all of your EMR woes. I felt so comfortable with the implementation because they sent me an extremely thorough outline with deadlines and clear instructions. Everyone on the team gets extensive training with the best training videos of all time! The product itself is so sleek and responsive and they have really thought of every single thing you need to run an efficient practice, from the front desk to the therapist to the biller. No longer do I have to suffer by moving from one software to another, everything is contained in one mighty ecosystem. This saves so much time and effort when you're in your system all day, every day.
But the number one best feature is absolutely their customer service. Every single person on their team really cares about making sure that you have a good experience and that the product is working for you. When we were doing our implementation and our onboarding, Nolan was absolutely instrumental in making sure that that we were set up for success. We brought billing in house for the first time and Justin empowered us with all of the knowledge to run this part of our business with clarity and efficiency but also really took time to learn and understand our policies and practices so that we could tailor our Prompt experience to what truly works for us. Even though I know Justin has lots of clients and responsibilities he will make sure that you feel like you are his priority and find that solution for you, no matter how tiny your issue is in the grand scope of things.
Our collection rate has improved so much in such a short time. If I have any issues at all I know I can get an answer so quickly and they will make sure everything is resolved in a timely fashion AND with good humor and kindness. Our clients love all of the new features that are constantly being rolled out, and I know if I have an idea someone on the Prompt team will listen to me and try to make it happen. It's so niche but I wish that there was more contrast in the green for the paid claims in billing. Also I wish the dashboard for reporting had some more data up front as opposed to always having to drive into an excel doc, but that's just me being lazy.
