Projetly gives us a structured way to manage projects and product adoption in one place. As a growing product like Beni, it’s important for us to make sure users quickly understand the app and start getting real value from it. Projetly helps us plan and organize onboarding journeys, track user progress, and collaborate internally without losing context along the way. Overall, it brings more clarity across teams and supports a more consistent onboarding experience for our business partner and our B2B customers.

**What do you dislike about Projetly?**

The platform works well overall. However, adding integrations with channels like WhatsApp could make communication with users more seamless, especially for mobile-first products. It would also help improve engagement during onboarding and ongoing support.

**What problems is Projetly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a product like Beni, it’s critical that B2B users adopt the APIs and web app and understand the value quickly. Before using Projetly, our onboarding and user engagement efforts were fragmented across multiple tools, which made it harder to keep everything consistent. Projetly has helped us centralize onboarding workflows, track user progress more clearly, and stay on top of timely follow-ups. As a result, we’ve improved user activation, reduced drop-offs, and can deliver a more guided, personalized onboarding experience from the start.

**What do you like best about Projetly?**

One single platform for a Digital Sales Room and customer onboarding, and it helps the sales, customer, and onboarding teams collaborate more easily. It supports the sales team in improving deal win rates, and it helps the implementation team deliver faster. The Zoom meeting integration is a highlight: it provides a summary of what happened in meetings, and the AI also generates automated MOMs and action items that can be added to shared work or projects with a single click. Our enterprise sales and onboarding implementation use it on a daily basis, and the support from Projetly is great. Projetly has one of the best user experience at present.

**What do you dislike about Projetly?**

We’d like a Salesforce widget that shows both deal and project status within Salesforce. We’ve already shared this feedback, so for now we’ll wait and see what happens next.

**What problems is Projetly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projetly helps track buyer engagement and enables buyer–seller collaboration in a single deal room. Buyers are able to find most deal-related information in one portal, which makes it easier for them to discuss things internally when our sales team isn’t present. Once the deal is closed, the sales team can hand over to the implementation team with one click. This solves many of the pre-to-post sales glitches. Also, the AI saves more than 50% of the data entry and follow-up work.

I use Projetly to manage customer onboarding and post-sale delivery in one place. I like how it ensures a smooth sales to onboarding handoff with full visibility into the deal context, allowing me to track onboarding tasks, collaborate with customers easily, and keep projects on schedule. The AI features are a big plus; they save time by generating meeting summaries and follow-up actions automatically. I appreciate the clear, structured onboarding workflows and the easy customer collaboration all in one place. The time-saving AI insights and follow-ups help me deliver a more predictable and consistent customer experience. Additionally, the initial setup of Projetly was simple and quick, letting us connect CRM, set up onboarding templates, and start using it within 3 days.

**What do you like best about Projetly?**

Another thing I really like about Projetly is how transparent everything stays after the demo. The shared workspace, clear next steps, and automated follow-ups make it easy for both the sales team and the customer to stay on the same page. It cuts down the back-and-forth over email and helps keep deals moving forward.

It’s also very easy to implement. Getting started didn’t require a complicated setup, and the team was able to start using it pretty quickly. Whenever we had questions, the customer support team was responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience much smoother.

Advanced customization and deeper reporting would make Projetly even stronger, especially for teams that rely heavily on detailed analytics and tailored workflows.

From an implementation perspective, what stands out is how Projetly helps preserve context from the sales and discovery stages. Also, it has great customer support and ease integration.

Because the platform connects multiple workflows such as sales collaboration and onboarding delivery, new users may need a little time to understand how everything fits together. Teams may also need to adjust their internal processes to fully use the platform.

Projetly is a great tool for managing long-running deal cycles and extended implementation projects. It’s a simple, useful way to keep sales and customer interactions in one workspace, and it also makes day-to-day communication between the implementation team and the customer much easier. The Salesforce and Zoom integrations are an added advantage. Our team uses the product every day.

To better serve Indian customers, WhatsApp integration is important, but it’s currently missing.

The easy initial setup stood out right away during the free trial. We were able to quickly create onboarding templates and workflows without much IT involvement. The platform feels implementation-focused rather than a typical project management tool. 

Zoom, calendar, and CRM integrations worked smoothly, making meeting coordination and follow-ups easier. Meeting insights automatically linked to project tasks also reduced manual work. Transitioning from our existing tools was fairly smooth, and the team adapted quickly.

Lack of custom reporting and analytics and expanded automation between onboarding stages

**What problems is Projetly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main challenge was the gap between Sales closing a deal and onboarding execution. 

During the trial, Projetly helped us:

Standardize onboarding with templates and AI task suggestions 
Reduce admin work through meeting summaries

Even in a short trial, workflows felt much more connected compared to using multiple tools separately.

It’s the best customer onboarding platform on the market today. Our entire CS team loves the user experience and the customer portal, which make it easy to collaborate throughout the onboarding process. Meetings insights with automated AI generated MOM features is also very useful.

There’s no Google Space integration yet, but I did see it mentioned on their roadmap.

I also found the AI features helpful for generating meeting summaries, action items, and onboarding tasks. In addition, the Customer Support team appears responsive and helpful. Since the platform is designed to manage sales collaboration and onboarding projects, the Frequency of Use would likely be high for teams using it daily.

What I like most about Projetly is its ability to maintain momentum after a deal closes, providing clear visibility into execution, identifying what's moving versus what's stuck, and addressing retention as a go-to-market execution issue rather than just a customer success problem. It's helping us prevent churn before it shows up on the dashboard. Additionally, I enjoy the fact that Projetly integrates with other tools like CRM and Zoom, connecting everything into one cohesive execution flow without replacing them.
