ProjectMark is an intuitive all-in-one construction specific CRM built to track opportunities, evaluate potential projects, and collaborate on proposals. **What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

We love Project Mark! It is easy to use and specifically designed for Construction CRM tracking.  They have fantastic customer care and are responsive and creative with our needs. We are very happy with the integration process, Morgan has been an amazing account rep!

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

Not sure I dislike anything about PM so far!

**What problems is ProjectMark CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project Mark provides us a space to house lead data and pursuit tracking. It gives quick contact reference and allows for follow up tasks that help ensure we continue efforts in the right places.

**What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

I love how easy it is to create a RFP response proposal book!

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

The project org chart function could have better functionality.

**What problems is ProjectMark CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProjectMark helps us to keep all of our project data, project images and employee bios all in one place. Prior to using ProjectMark, we used Microsoft word to create and design our proposal book. ProjectMark makes creating a proposal book so much easier and we are saving so much time too. The overall design of our books has improved too, thanks to ProjectMark.

**What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

Easy to use and move deals through the sales cycle. This program was easy to implement and customer support is outstanding.  Customer Service goes out of their way to make sure your implementation goes smoothly. They conduct weekly calls during the implementation process to ensure your successful in implementing and using their product. I highly recommend ProjectMark.

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

Reporting options could be enhanced to allow more flexibility.

**What problems is ProjectMark CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using excel spreadsheets to track our opportunities.  We conduct weekly meetings to discuss the entire pipeline and update status on each opportunity.  Automating this process has saved us considerable time in preparing and conducting the meeting.

**What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

It is user-friendly, and we can make customizations to meet our specific needs.  Morgan has been training us step by step, so any questions can be immediately addressed and she has been readily available if questions come up later.  Integration has been going along smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

Can't say anything I dislike yet.  Great platform for construction companies.

**What problems is ProjectMark CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to be more organized with our pipeline and bidding process.  Attaching all relevant information with our teams so should provide great information for our technical proposals.

**What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

As we are currently in the onboarding phase, I can speak to the fact that I am anticipating the value that we will have in utilizing an end-to-end product that incorporates a CRM and Proposal Builder.

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

As I have not yet officially used the product, I don't have any complaints. The customer service has been outstanding. There was some turnover in customer support but I believe they are working out the kinks and establishing a long-term team.

**What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

It's sales pipeline management tools streamline the entire our sales process, from lead creation to contract completion.

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

Considering the features and subscription plans selected ProjectMark CRM is expensive.

**What problems is ProjectMark CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of it's scoring and nurturing processes we have increased converting leads into customer and boosting our overall sales performance.

Very intuitive to find the information and load in updates and data

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

We have to key in the data for the project.  Is there a way to have this data pulled from the plans and specs.

Keeping data organized and easly accessed by  our team as things progress through the Sales Cycle to the end goal of project awaerd to construct for a client.

Best feature is  powerful automation tools for tasks, emails, and workflows that save our time .

customization options in this CRM are very limited.

**What do you like best about ProjectMark CRM?**

It is super easy to create resumes and proposals and keep them all in one place.

**What do you dislike about ProjectMark CRM?**

That it can take a long time to export proposals from the platform, and cannot access Resumes from the personnel tab.

**What problems is ProjectMark CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the process of creating proposals a lot quicker so we can get them out faster as well.
