It has a very simple and easy setup and great support.

Platform fees, while they are low rates other competitors offer zero platform fee.

**What problems is ProcessDonation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solves the operational inefficiencies and technological barriers that prevent small to mid-sized nonprofits.

**What do you like best about ProcessDonation?**

In one place, we can input and manage donor information. It offers peer-to-peer fundraising and easy to view analytics. Over the phone and email support has been prompt and helpful and fits into our website.

**What do you dislike about ProcessDonation?**

Some of the usage, such as searching donors, can be set up different for Mac users and is not as compatible with Safari. 

**What problems is ProcessDonation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to receive donations that helped us keep track of who, when, how much, and what people were donating for. It removed the step of receiving them separately logging donor information. It helps make our donor management easier
