It offers peer-to-peer fundraising and easy to view analytics. Over the phone and email support has been prompt and helpful and fits into our website. **What do you dislike about ProcessDonation?** Some of the usage, such as searching donors, can be set up different for Mac users and is not as compatible with Safari. **What problems is ProcessDonation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to receive donations that helped us keep track of who, when, how much, and what people were donating for. It removed the step of receiving them separately logging donor information.
