"360 Reviews Made Easy with Primalogik!"

What do you like best?

Ryan was amazing! He gave a great demo and really helped me understand the platform before I purchased. The 30 day free trial was key in determining if the platform would work for my company or not. Purchasing was super easy and straightforward, and it's the best deal out there! Ryan and Gabriel were very available and willing to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Simply great service and an easy to use platform.

What do you dislike?

It was a bit confusing realizing that the 360's results were organized by the subject of the feedback. There was not a simple way to see who the user was reviewing, only who is reviewing that user. But once I figured that out, it was fine!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our 360 process was totally manual before and we had done it through google sheets. This was a terribly long process and caused our management team a lot of stress. With Primalogik360, there is no manual aggregation of data and sharing the data is super simple. The managers at my company were very happy with me for introducing Primalogik360.

"Easy-to-use software with a personal touch"

What do you like best?

For me the best thing about Primalogik is the contact we have with the team behind it. Nothing is a problem for them, they are eager to help us and they always get back to us straight away.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I don't like about Primalogik. When we were looking around for Performance Management Software, Primalogik was most in-line with our needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Apart from being the simplest software that we could find (we didn't want one with lots of extra gizmos like a points system or a chat system for employees), I would say that the quality of customer care you receive from Primalogik is second-to-none. They really go out of their way to help you and for this reason I would totally recommend Primalogik.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before Primalogik we were conducting performance reviews that were very much in a top-down hierarchy but now we have introduced a more holistic approach by way of the 360 degree review. This has benefitted us because it allows everyone's voices to be expressed and also for each person so have some really meaningful feedback.

"Great easy to use software - highly recommend it for performance management and 360s"

What do you like best?

The application is simple yet provides exactly what you would expect and what they commit to in their description of the software. It is very intuitive and an administrator can be proficient in 30-60 minutes. There is no training required for regular users. It has a very clean interface yet provides for a significant amount of customization. The customer support is excellent - timely and knowledgeable - there for you no matter what size customer you are for them.

What do you dislike?

There are always tradeoffs when using software that has a goal of simplicity. However I think they have made the right decisions in this case.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A simple to use performance management tool that provides a process for self and management feedback, together with 360 performance capabilities. This software also allows for quick surveys which my clients use for employee pulse surveys.

What do you like best?

The platform is well organised, easy to manage and includes all the features we needed from Performance appraisal.

Made a big impact on the efficiency of our processes

What do you dislike?

There was only one thing we were missing from the software but they have just enabled it for us. Not much to mention, maybe the design could be nicer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend primalogik, the platform is easy to use and they are very helpful in terms of incorporating new features. Easy to create surveys and we got huge impact after the change from manual reviews.

"Great Platform for Performance Management"

What do you like best?

So simple and quick to use. Great for 360 reviews, keeps everything organized and on target. Simple to send reminders to participants, and analyzes the data. Keeps questionnaires within the system and easy to edit them as needed. Sending out reviews is very simple and I like how you can classify the employee review by manager, peer or other, so you can see the difference in reviews. I also like how you can export the number results to use the data in way that helps the organization. Would highly recommend!

What do you dislike?

You can get a printout of the number results but it is difficult to get a printout of the open ends by employee, this would be helpful to have in one file so you can give the manager the total report by team. Also would be great to have a way for managers to view their results easily. But overall I love the platform!!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a very good product and does what it says it does. It helps to drive the companies performance measurement in the right direction both for the company and the employee. Simple to use and everything is in one location. Highly recommend!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simple way for small businesses to administer performance management at a low cost. Employees love to give feedback in a very private way. Will help to form career paths. You can see the results and it is good to have the strengths and weaknesses to discuss with employee. Also the self evaluation is helpful to get a bench mark before the manager sits and speaks with the employee, it gives them a chance to see how employee feels ahead of time.

trabajar mas en los reportes de datos, e indicadores, poder exportar los mismo a otras plataformas para generar analisis.

Veratilidad en los reportes

En preguntas de puntaje alto o bajo, agregar una opcion que desplique texto para justificar la respuesta. En evaluaciones 360 mucas veces no respaldan sus criterios de manera objetiva, el abrir la opción permite mejor feedback

"Excellent platform and support"

What do you like best?

Flexibility of the system and ability to completely customise to my customers' requirements. Strong, helpful and personal help and support.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I could suggest is more flexibility / options over the graphic representation of results - maybe offer different themes or graphic design options, colours etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have used Primalogik 360 to run a fully customised 360 degree feedback process for two annual intakes on a leadership program for a customer. I was able to design the survey around their leadership capability objectives, and found the system to be easy to use from a participant and administrator perspective.

"Flexibility is key"

What do you like best?

Primalogik allowed me to customize the modules purchased so we could pilot the system. Customer service was EXCELLENT the entire process and we found the user experience to be 8/10.

What do you dislike?

More control over the user experience, especially the pre-worded text and the email frequency and content that went out to our users.

Consider trying only the modules you need as a test drive.

"Powerful Team Tool"

What do you like best?

360 Evals. We use them extensively. The ease of use of the product is such that we perform evals every 6 months.

What do you dislike?

The interfaces is not as intuitive as you might like.

Really so far nothing, just filling remaining characters here :)

Anonymous 360 degree feedback, helps us to digitally display what we imagined to do with our team. Processes are straight forward and easy to handle, saves us all the time we would have had to invest doing it with e.g. google forms instead, especially in terms of user management, inviting for review etc.

"Great, Simple Product"

What do you like best?

Primalogik is a simple, easy to use system that makes reviews and surveys easy.

What do you dislike?

There is a limited amount of customizations available, but they have been making an effort to increase these things. In the year we have been with Primologik we have seen a huge increase in the tools available.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use the systems for reviews (both 360 and year end reviews) and for culture surveys.

Their customer service was excellent. I spoke at length with Ryan during our implementation and he walked me through set-up and helped troubleshoot any issues that popped up. I would not hesitate to recommend Primalogik to any group looking for objective feedback from leadership/staff.

Our organization wanted to know what the staff thought of their supervisors. We also wanted to see how our department's faculty felt about how the department was being ran.

What do you like best?

Usamos la herramienta tanto para evaluaciones 360, como desempeño y objetivos. Estamos muy conformes! Nos permite el registro de los históricos y el seguimiento de los avances para control.

Es de fácil adaptación y las veces que pedimos mejoras a la empresa han sido respondidas casi en su totalidad.

En el seguimiento de objetivos, el módulo es menos flexible y no permite sacar reportes.

"Great HR Performance"

What do you like best?

Using the journal feature to keep track of unwanted employee behavior

What do you dislike?

Need more functionality with journals. The ability to send out emails when journal entries are made.

"good quality, easy 360 tool"

What do you like best?

Really simple to put surveys together and manage them

What do you dislike?

I do like the question banks that exist in the app but could use more of them. Could also benefit from longitudinal tracking of surveys, i.e. answering the same things over time and tracking progress.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Primalogik 360 has been really valuable for performance management and peer feedback on our team - it's very well organized and easy to use as a manager. It's also reasonably priced which helped convince me to use this platform.

What do you like best?

Ability to control reviews, schedule follow ups, automate the processes and able to tailor how reviews are done.

What do you dislike?

There were some minor limitations for documents but overcame them quickly.,

Eliminate the paper and time-consuming processes of old and step into the world of electronic performance reviews. You will never go back.

What do you like best?

I like that you can easily copy questions across from one questionnaire to the next, it is quite user friendly plus we have just started to use the goals section which is great!
