When Predict AP was introduced at my property, I thought, "Oh great, a new system to learn!" After a few weeks, I was hooked! I didn't realize how much time the system would save me! When I need to process an invoice through Yardi, I am reminded of how lucky I am to have PredictAP - typing in invoice numbers can be grueling, but with PredictAP, all I need to do is double-check the prediction. It's incredible how quickly the system can learn and adapt! I don't know many people in this industry, but when I find someone else with invoices to process, I recommend PredictAP. It saves me so much time each week. Furthermore, I LOVE the support staff; they make everything so much easier to understand/ offer help fixing the issues promptly. At first, the system takes a while to build up the knowledge on the invoice you are coding, which is frustrating. I also do not like that you need to scan invoices individually, but PredictAP has since found a way around that! When we started using the system, I had a few invoices go missing (like I finished them in the system, and they said they were delivered to Yardi, but we never saw them again). This issue only happened once and has not happened since! Anything negative I would have had has been fixed/improved over the last few months. Anytime I have an issue, I know I can reach out and voice my concerns to PredictAP support, and then a new update will roll out the following month, and the problem has since been resolved. As long as the history that the AI is working off of is accurate and healthy, PredictAP is set up for success. If your previous history is inaccurate and needs more manicuring, you might not be ready for PredictAP, as you will often find that you're course-correcting the AI to work in your favor. We implemented PredictAP and Yardi's PayScan module in parallel with limited issues. Having PredictAP as the first step in our AP process has allowed us fewer data entry users with fewer input errors and less time on each invoice.
