I am thoroughly impressed with PredictAP. This product has significantly improved the efficiency of our accounts payable system by seamlessly connecting with Yardi and reducing the amount of manual data entry required. It has saved us time, energy, and resources. Our AP team can now focus on processing payments in a timely fashion without getting bogged down in the tedious and time-consuming task of coding data manually. What do you like best about PredictAP?

The best part about PredictAP is how they listen to our needs and adapt the product to meet them. PredictAP provided a coding tool, knowledge and insight that allowed us to streamline our workflows once the invoice hit Yardi. What do you dislike about PredictAP?

It's not really a dislike - more of a wait and see. We are waiting to see the metrics on accuracy to properly evaluate the product now that we are up and running with it. We're optimistic about the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data entry and coding, primarily. We were using PayScan before, and this is a superior product. PayScan just captures an image while PredictAP captures the information inside that image. We anticipate this will provide time savings from data entry, as well as time savings from less training and teaching. "Great Invoice Processing Software"

What do you like best about PredictAP?

Predict AP has made my invoice processing more efficient because it autofills a lot of the information that I used to input manually. It is the most simplified software that I have used for processing invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PredictAP?

The only downside about Predict AP is that if you ever make a mistake and assign invoices to the incorrect vendor, the system keeps assigning to that incorrect vendor, and I have to manually change the vendor each time. I wish that there was an option to erase the memory for a particular invoice type or vendor, so that I can get the invoices coded to the correct vendor automatically. I wanted to let you know that the way the product learns is based on the Posted state of the invoice in Yardi, so even if you make a mistake in PredictAP, once it gets corrected in Yardi the product will know the correct information. What do you like best about PredictAP?

I like that predict can upload invoices into yuor accounting software ; this helps save time downloading and uploading pdfs into your software. Its a great time saver in this sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PredictAP?

Predict often gets invoices wrong across the board, Predict rarely gets all the required information correct even when there is years of history to pull from. The AI software is still years behind from what it promises to do. It basically a new employee who never moves passed the first day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PredictAP?

Super easy to use. I like that I can set up my invoices for easy processing in Yardi. I like that you can review past invoices, and see all the duplicates. I like that you can reject invoices with a note on why it needs to be rejected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PredictAP?

The "delivery failed" messages are sometimes confusing. It's not always clear why it failed. There are approved vendors in Yardi that are greyed out in Predict AP. Predict AP doesn't recognize all our banks. And lastly, that Predict AP can't recognize when more than one invoice is in one PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
