The integration with Yardi via the API was simple to setup. Now that we've been using PredictAP for almost a year, it is hard to imagine ever going back to a process without it. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time loading invoices, coding invoices, and generally just allowing us to get payments out the door faster. In addition, the teams at PredictAP, from customer support to account reps, are top tier. Very different than other typical OCR tools. It can handle compartmentalization such as business units, allocations, intercompany splits all very accurately. Our Yardi integration was smooth, and with continuous machine learning every day. We are very pleased with the platform including the support team. We have achieved productivity enhancements and worked with their team to roll out useful new features. It’s real AI that improves over time. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** There is a ramp up period and learning when you start using it. We tried another solution previously which did not integrate well with Yardi and did not deliver coded invoices as quickly and accurately as PredictAP. The system predicts GL accounts, coding allocations, properties, job codes, categories and adds notes. They system is fast; invoices are pushed to Yardi in seconds. Took about 1 hr to setup in Yardi. No need for expensive development cost. - Low risk. Pilot period to get out of contract if not satisfied. - Proven and tested by 30+ Yardi customers. I don't like to be the beta tester of new company. - AI. Who doesn't want to embrace AI? We did not have to spend hours or days setting up vendor templates. PredictAP reads our history and start coding from the beginning. - Accurate. With the use of AI, it can code invoice header and line level details. Most other vendors can't do line level details (gl, entity, and job code details of each line). **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** - It was not the lowest price per invoice solution but very reasonable. - The AI currently as of 12/2023 is not to "learn" the details or notes of line level detail. It does not have a confidence percentage and cannot automatically push the high confidence invoices to the next step. - The web portal does not handle the tab key correctly. When selecting the code from drop down box and pressing tab, it will not select and save code and will revert to blank or previous code. - Most of these issues are minor and will be addressed in future development. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Input errors, coding issues, and labor. ### 10. This is a much more efficient way to get our invoices into Payscan. We previously had property personnel manually scanning and uploading and they have gotten huge amounts of time back from not having to do this. Although predictions are not 100% correct the system is very accurately predicting things like invoice number, date, amount etc so even with errors, cutting down on just those keystrokes alone saves a lot of time for our bookkeepers - especially since typing these fields in Elevate is so slow to load. Our goal was not to reduce headcount but to help stressed employess cut down on workloads and I think this has been successful on that front. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** Waiting on front end admin functionality so we can maintain our own users and especialy looking forward to being able to mass reject/mark duplicates and segment predictions. We were using PayScan before, and this is a superior product. PayScan just captures an image while PredictAP captures the information inside that image. It is the most simplified software that I have used for processing invoices. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** The only downside about Predict AP is that if you ever make a mistake and assign invoices to the incorrect vendor, the system keeps assigning to that incorrect vendor, and I have to manually change the vendor each time. I wish that there was an option to erase the memory for a particular invoice type or vendor, so that I can get the invoices coded to the correct vendor automatically. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that PredictAP is solving is that it is saving me time on processing, which is allowing me more time for other aspects of my job that need attention. Its a great time saver in this sense. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** Predict often gets invoices wrong across the board, Predict rarely gets all the required information correct even when there is years of history to pull from. The AI software is still years behind from what it promises to do. It basically a new employee who never moves passed the first day. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Predict is rarley solving problems. I use it mainly as an upload tool into my accounting software to save time downloading and uploading pdfs. It does consistantly get vendor information and dates correct. ### 23. I like that I can set up my invoices for easy processing in Yardi. I like that you can review past invoices, and see all the duplicates. I like that you can reject invoices with a note on why it needs to be rejected. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** The "delivery failed" messages are sometimes confusing. It's not always clear why it failed. There are approved vendors in Yardi that are greyed out in Predict AP. Predict AP doesn't recognize all our banks. And lastly, that Predict AP can't recognize when more than one invoice is in one PDF. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my company, it has eliminated the unnecessary need to keep invoices on file since Predict AP stores the invoices for us. After a few weeks, I was hooked! I didn't realize how much time the system would save me! When I need to process an invoice through Yardi, I am reminded of how lucky I am to have PredictAP - typing in invoice numbers can be grueling, but with PredictAP, all I need to do is double-check the prediction. It's incredible how quickly the system can learn and adapt! I don't know many people in this industry, but when I find someone else with invoices to process, I recommend PredictAP. It saves me so much time each week. Furthermore, I LOVE the support staff; they make everything so much easier to understand/ offer help fixing the issues promptly. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** At first, the system takes a while to build up the knowledge on the invoice you are coding, which is frustrating. I also do not like that you need to scan invoices individually, but PredictAP has since found a way around that! When we started using the system, I had a few invoices go missing (like I finished them in the system, and they said they were delivered to Yardi, but we never saw them again). This issue only happened once and has not happened since! Anything negative I would have had has been fixed/improved over the last few months. Anytime I have an issue, I know I can reach out and voice my concerns to PredictAP support, and then a new update will roll out the following month, and the problem has since been resolved. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am lucky only to oversee four proeprties, but some weeks AP could take HOURS, even days!
