The platform intuitively codes the invoices into Yardi. Very different than other typical OCR tools. It can handle compartmentalization such as business units, allocations, intercompany splits all very accurately. Our Yardi integration was smooth, and with continuous machine learning every day. We are very pleased with the platform including the support team. We have achieved productivity enhancements and worked with their team to roll out useful new features. PredictAP integrates very well with Yardi and does much more than a simple OCR system. We tried another solution previously which did not integrate well with Yardi and did not deliver coded invoices as quickly and accurately as PredictAP. The system predicts GL accounts, coding allocations, properties, job codes, categories and adds notes. They system is fast; invoices are pushed to Yardi in seconds. - Fast implentation. Took about 1 hr to setup in Yardi. No need for expensive development cost.

- Low risk. Pilot period to get out of contract if not satisfied.

- Proven and tested by 30+ Yardi customers. I don't like to be the beta tester of new company.

- AI. Who doesn't want to embrace AI? We did not have to spend hours or days setting up vendor templates. PredictAP reads our history and start coding from the beginning.

- Accurate. With the use of AI, it can code invoice header and line level details. Most other vendors can't do line level details (gl, entity, and job code details of each line). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It was not the lowest price per invoice solution but very reasonable.

- The AI currently as of 12/2023 is not to "learn" the details or notes of line level detail. It does not have a confidence percentage and cannot automatically push the high confidence invoices to the next step.

- The web portal does not handle the tab key correctly. When selecting the code from drop down box and pressing tab, it will not select and save code and will revert to blank or previous code.

Upload and push to Yardi is very quick. This is a much more efficient way to get our invoices into Payscan. We previously had property personnel manually scanning and uploading and they have gotten huge amounts of time back from not having to do this. Although predictions are not 100% correct the system is very accurately predicting things like invoice number, date, amount etc so even with errors, cutting down on just those keystrokes alone saves a lot of time for our bookkeepers - especially since typing these fields in Elevate is so slow to load. Our goal was not to reduce headcount but to help stressed employess cut down on workloads and I think this has been successful on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accuracy of the AI is amazing. It learns quickly and pulls the proper data points with a high level of accuracy. The statistical reports I receive quarterly are great showing us the various data points and accurate the AI is working.
