Great platform that is easy to navigate. Lots of tools to assist with templates and pre loaded infomation like linking online forms and creating simple merge feilds to personalise templates for each client.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Unable to add client names to appointment list when printing. also unable to easly choose clients practitioner to CC when using the email system.

Automated emails, trail of communication with clients and referrers is easy to locate, analytics of my data, syncing it to Google calender, knowing what no of sessions I'm in with a client quickly, accessibility is great.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Nothing, help is always at hand. They get back to you within hours generally. They take on suggestions and constantly improving their service.

Keeping me on top of my diary, case notes are in order, communication templates, creating forms and automating my emails.

No real down sides, if any it is limited by my time constraints to get the maximum benefits available built into Power Diary.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client cancelations, rescheduling appointments, tracking client's attendances, everyone is able to see what is happening at a glance. this makes it easy to plan for meetings and other scheduled events. The ease of use and time saving features mean we don't need an extra staff member on the payroll.

They are helpful, it is easy to use and navigate around. I use it daily in my clinic and it integrates with other systems. It has a range of features that are easy to use and easy implement. Highly reccommend.

There are one or two features i would like to see implemented and they have said they are looking into developing them.

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Powerdiary itself is easy and intuitive to use once it's been set up however the support team are amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful and if they aren't sure of the answer they will follow up with you to let you know if something can be done. They're receptive to feedback and are willing to forward comments and suggestions to the development team. 
The company itself is transparent about continuous improvements they're making which I appreciate. 
Occasionally there's outages when they're updating or implementing things to the system but again they communicate when this happens. They're continually adapting the service for NDIS providers which is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Planned maintainance and site updates are not visible enough to consumers.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the hub of our nurses daily operations. The calendar, forms, bookings etc. they're all essential for our nurses to be able to operate out in the community as they work autonomously.

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like that everything is customisable, and it's all very user friendly and intuitive. I appreciate being able to colour code on several levels (e.g. locations and flags) and that I can standardise my invoice templates, but add customised components and text on a client level. Also, PD support have always been responsive and helpful. I use PD all day, every day that I'm working. Set-up was easy and my clients can now book online, at several locations with very specific and customised availability catered for. Setting was quick and easy, as was integrating my welcome emails, intake forms, invoicing, etc.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Probably the main downside relates to imported data, when appointments are imported from another system the recurring function isn't saved, so if I need to change an appointment that was recurring (in another system) I need to change every single appointment.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Power Diary means I no longer need to worry about:

Scheduling appointments (clients can book online, and I can add easily manually)
Reminders (I can schedule auto reminders by email and text)
Invoicing (set it up once and invoices are sent in a few clicks)
Managing my availability efficiently and ensuring I'm not double booked
Processing payments
Sending intake and consent forms. 
Storing forms, notes, appointment history, etc.

Easy to navigate once set up. Set up makes sense to me and items are easy to find. Support is good albeit mostly via email now, but within a day

I would like telehealth to just have one link to * my room* not a different link for each client. I liked being able to text with customer support.  A plain page as notes would be helpful.

PowerDiary is a great tool for new businesses that may need an EMR. It is easy to use and customize, keeps track of all your patients and billing. PowerDiary has the ability to use credit cards. I also love that it can send text message reminders for you! It is a great package for the price!!

It can be a little confusing to use but the tutorials are so good! You just need to take the time to get to know the system and then it is easy!

PowerDiary can process my credit card payments, helps me with scheduling and reminders, and allows me to electronically chart.

Powerdiary provides us a wide range of tools to improve the quality of organization and communication required to run, effectively, a private practice. We are thrilled with its ease of access--it was very simple to learn, and to teach our staff. Powerdiary have a dedicated staff that make us feel very valued, and we have benefited greatly by their customer support team. We were on another platform previously, and the implementation, the transition between our old platform and the new, was magical to witness. Powerdiary offers communication tools that keep our clients engaged, and it integrates easily with the treatment approach our staff take. We are appreciative of the frequency of use, and how when we receive new client participation, or new appointments, our staff are kept in the loop!

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Powerdiary occassionally has times where it behaves slowly, and can delay tasks that we do on a regular basis. This has been fairly minimal, and we understand that it is partly due to the Powerdiary Team updating the tool to provide more inovated technology. Powerdiary has several features that feel incomplete, and we are eager to see these features come to full fruition. We are trying to be patient. We do not currently support the Telehealth premium tools as we do not agree with their policy to charge clients to participate in virtual sessions.

Powerdiary is helping us organize a team of individual therapists to schedule clients who receive automated communication and reminders, as well as provides a strong analytics tool that helps us keep track of our practice's growth and strength areas.

Power Diary has made my admin processes super smooth - I can securely send forms to clients and they can easily complete them online. I have a record of all my services, invoices and bookings in the one place. The online introductory webinar made my onboarding easy, and if I had any other questions, the support team were fast to reply. The calendar is intuitive and I appreciate having multiple ways to add clients/bookings.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Power Diary.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Power Diary enables my clients to book a free and/or paid appointment wherever they are worldwide without me needing to approve every step manually. The integration of payments is another process that reduces my administration time, so I can do what I do best - support my clients.

Power Diary is an easy resource to use and is also easy to set up. The customer support is excellent - it is always quick and very effective at solving any issues. I use Power Diary daily and it is brilliant that I can have it open on multiple computers at the same time. I appreciate the seamless intergration with billing and invoicing. The customisable templates are a big help in simplifying documenting notes. I find Power Diary to be very reliable.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Initially, although the set up is easy it is somewhat timeconsuming. There are occasional software glitches but I have not experienced anything that disrupts workflow. The pricing structure is somewhat high for smaller practices.

It takes out all the hassle of paper diaries - it is so easy to search up when a clients appointment is and the notes system is so easy to use. It has benefited me in every aspect.

I like the way it just keeps improving and how easy it is to obtain help if you get stuck doing something
I find it easy to use and I can add information easily to my customer files in the software

At the moment, there is still room for some more information areas, such as in the case of a dietitian, a place to update the weight and measurements of a person as that is a big part of out business and to be able to see these trends is fantastic

I operate an Allied Health business and it is a place where I can keep all of my information in one place. Makes it easy to go back and review patient informaiton

Power Diary has helped provide a streamlined communcation with my clients. Their ease of registering and experience using the client portal is of most importance to me. They have had nothing but positive experiences. On the Office side I have been very impressed with the ability to cusomize everything I need, and the efficiency of schedules, payments, and communication with clients. Connecting to a payment souce is helpful in keepoing appointments about wellness, and letting the billing be for outside the appointments. So many options, and so eash to use.  Very happy PD customer!

I can think of no downsides to Power Diary. Although I do love the usability of Power Diary in my phone browser, an app one day would be awesome.

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

For an out of the box program it has a lot of opportunity to customise, and pretty good reporting that can be drawn out of it as well. Very easy to use/ intuitive, and implementation was very quick and easy. The set up is really easy to figure out, adding clients is easy, and there are lots of avenues to download system data which makes reporting a dream (for a non-custom solution, based on my experience with other similar programs!) 
Customer support has been fairly quick, not always super helpful but definitely better than others particularly for response time. I will say the available user guides and videos are excellent and will normally answer any question you might have.

As a small charity, it has been really great for us as a cost effective way to manage our client appointments and data, along with completing our reporting obligations.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Can be time consuming to enter short appointments- EG if you need to put in a 10 minute phone call, and only have your appointments set to 30 or 60 minute timeframes, it can take a while to create this to accurately reflect time spent within the calendar (and subsequent reporting). I will note that we are using this as a charity providing case work services, so we aren't billing for 10 minute increments but like to accurately report on the amount of time we are spending per client for funding purposes.
There are a few other small things but again, for a non custom solution it is much better than others I've seen.

Allows us to report on time spent with clients vs administration, keep our records secure and record important demographic information.

There are no significant downsides for my business. It did take me a little bit of learning and time to create email templates and I haven't spent time learning every single feature yet, but it is doing exactly what I need it to do for my business.

Power Diary offers everything I need to run my therapy business from one platform. Although it takes time to set up personal, customized documents and communication templates, the program is generally so streamlined and minimalist that it's a breezy pleasure to use. I appreciate that the company regularly seeks feedback from users and then implements those suggested improvements on a regular basis. Furthermore, the Power Diary team is quick to answer questions and help when contacted. 

I left another booking management system to join Power Diary and that was definitely the right thing for me and my practice.

- I found Power Diary to have a steep learning curve and it took me quite a while to figure out where various tools are located in their system. 

- Billing third parties can be cumbersome. 

- When a client enters the virtual waiting room, a notification message pops up but there isn't an audible notification to alert the practitioner that the clien has arrived.

I am unable to book a follow up appointment if I am on video chat - will disconnect if I try and access my calendar. The platform is not very visually appealing and I have to scroll down to see my evening appointments - it would be nice to have a entire day view of my calendar.

Please let me advise that you can open Power Diary Telehealth in a separate window on your computer screen and have it placed side by side with another window where you will be able to navigate all other Power Diary pages while still having a connection with your client via Telehealth. You can also set your calendar display to smaller time size blocks to view the whole day on one screen without the need to scroll. These settings can be found in Settings > Configuration > Calendar Display. 
Please also let me confirm that we have recently released an updated look of the side main menu, the new appointment booking panel and the updated quick search bar, these updates were released in the past two months.

Power Diary is a platform taht does the basics right. Customer support is excellent. The platform is really thoughtfully designed in a way that assists health professionals by reducing admin. It's really user-friendly for all our practitioners and is an integral part of our practice (we use it daily!).

I can wholeheartedly recommend this platform for any small healthcare practice.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Power Diary is designed for small-medium businesses; it lacks a lot of the intergration that medium-large organisations need. Its integrations with other apps are extremely limited. It supports one payment processor and one accounting software suite and lacks advanced customisation or integrations that larger organisations would require. For example, there is a lack of support for SAML/scim-based authentication, advanced accounting platforms (i.e., Reckon accounts), and helpdesk software (Front, Zendesk, Helpscout). While Power Diary has been an essential part of our growing practice, these limitations are rapidly becoming very real problems that we will need to face. 

Even for medium practices, it is difficult for management staff to get a "plane of glass" overview of the practice - no dashboard, trackable metrics etc. The team also need to take some time to refine some of the existing features (the bookings portal has so many obscure limitations it's a joke) instead of spending time "reskinning the home screen".

Power Diary helps our practice easily and effectively book clients. It streamlines the bridge between consultations and administration in a simple and effortless way.

Power diary sends sms reminders to my clients that has saved me hours of time each week!  I use this daily to update my calender and use it for telehealth lite for video calling when we cannot be in person.  My daughter set up power diary for me in the school holidays and she tells me it was very easy.

The only downside is that my clients send texts to my power diary reminders number instead of me when they want to tell me something or reschedule an appointment.

The Power Diary app is robust, easy to use and has all the features I need to run my business smoothly and efficiently. I don't run a traditional clinic, thus, I don't use all the available features, but as someone who has implemented similar systems in health clinics, this app has all the bells and whistles other clinical apps offer, at a reasonable cost. I trust that my client and personal information is secure.

All in one stop for your practice needs. Power Diary takes minutes to set up, has scheduling abilities, customizable to fit appointment durations, digital forms, cloud based program, client portal, payment intergration is simple, so easy to use, can acess Power Diary from multiple devicess, convient mobile setting, email, and SMS verified messaging, telehealth capabilities, attentive customer support, there is just so much to boast about.

There should be a "time out setting" for the system. It should log out after so long of no activity for security reasons to protect private information. A great addition would be the avility for the patient to login to the portal and complete incomplete forms. SMS messiging is a monthly fee plus a per use fee after 35 messages.

PowerDiary has been great for working with an offsite admin. My admin is able to seamlessly communicate with me using flags, to do lists and creating tasks. I love that PowerDiary is a one-stop shop making additional third-party apps unnecessary. This has allowed for a simple and streamlined system which as a busy soletrader is perfect.

The built-in telehealth platform struggles to integrate with screen sharing to the same degree that Zoom does (eg it won't allow me to screen share from my connected iPad). And it sometimes struggles with my multi-screen telehealth setup.

We absolutely love PowerDiary. After initial PowerDiary training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. Implementation (even for non techies) has been and continues to be a piece of cake :) All our client information is automated and in one place - clients fill in their intake forms (admin and clinical) and weekly assessment forms, while they receive appointment reminders in return. Since moving over to PowerDiary our no-shows are down to near zero! We also love the integration with Xero - this has reduced our admin time, which means that we have more time to actually see clients.
We use PowerDiary on a daily basis and if we have a question - customer support is always happy to help and any issues encountered are resolved in no-time.

What is least helpful in PowerDiary? It is hard to come up with anything. Maybe that not all features are applicable for us.

I work one day per week in private practice and have been using Power Diary for the practice management application since starting 18 months ago. I looked at a few practice management offerings and eventually chose PD. The interface is intuitive and offers plenty of ways to customise the PD experience so that it works best for you. I was immensely impressed with the level of support I received as a single-user license holder. I'd recommend PD to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful practice management application with great support and competitive prices.

My one negative is the lack of integration with Outlook for email and calendaring, but the impact has been minimal so far.

Difficulties with the definition of what constitutes a 'new client' compared with 'existing client' - becasue of these definition difficulties Im finding it difficult to automate some of the proceedures I want automated.
It often takes 24 hours for support staff to get back and dissapointingly sometimes when they do, it seems that they havent read the question fully.

Comprehensive way of managing my clients and their appointments.  I know that powerdiary is likely to be able to solve most of my client needs (assuming I can find my way to do it).

The automations are really helpful and have helped me to save time and have helped to keep clients abreast with their appointments. Additinally, I aprreciate that templates have been provided for a range of communications, these have been a life saver - again saving time and ensuring the right information is communicated to clients at the right time.  Power Diary is available 24/7, no matter the time zone.

My only bug bear with power diary is that there is not yet a mobile app. Also, an ability to calculate the final scores linked to any assessment data captured  would be helpful.  At present, clients complete an assessment such as the CORE screening, but then, the practitioner has to manually add the score up.

I'm a small therapy business in the UK, I was looking for an online booking system which would incorperate all my needs in one place, rather than different systems and softwares. 
I love that you can set up to 3 reminders (email or text)  all notes are easily accessible, plenty of templates you can adjust for your own needs. integration of existing client database was seamless.  I use PD daily and will be adding my canine business to PD too. I dont need customer services very often but when i have they're quick to respond and sort any problems.

If the system goes down, which for me isnt very often it would be useful for a pop up message to appear on PD rather than having to check facebook. its not always convienient (or professional) to check Facebook in order to see what the problem is.

Straight forward to use
Plenty of features to make my time more effective and efficient
Able to integrate with other programs easily
Simple, easy to read layout with the ability to colour code to make my life simpler!
Fast customer service response to my questions and easy to understand guidance on any issues I've had.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Always having to remember to press save between pages of a client! Luckily it does prompt you.
Now having to pay for the more advanced version of telehealth feature. Telehealth ability does need further improvements to meet the functionality of other telehealth providers

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electronic notes for clients. Integrated billing system. Easy to use and see calendar system. Waiting list. No more written info on post it notes!

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I love the amount of options there are to customise the diary to your business; multiple forms /appointment reminders /ability to create session packs for different clients /customisable lists / ability to set up memberships for clients...the list goes on!

I really like the diary layout too which again, is customisable to your own preferences. It is very simple to use but very effective, in particular with tracking cancelled sessions and sending reminders automatically. 

I was impressed with the simplicity of moving my data from my previous provider to Powerdiay, I was very apprehensive about this but it proved to be very easy and efficient.

Honestly, there is nothing I can think of that I don't like!

I love that it's taylored to mental health practitioners, a lot of the other platforms are orientated towards medical services in general which makes putting in templates difficult.
Australian based servers give me the assurance that I'm not breaching my clients privacy unknowingly. 
Easy to navigate for practitioners and clients. 
Connections to xero, stripe, gmail calender.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

There would be a few tweaks I would make. 
Automatic reciepts being sent to clients upon payment would take out a step that is often forgotten in practice.
Having a list of apointments so one can easily find files that are associated with case notes.  
Help section and search bars are a bit clunky and would benefit from being streamlined. The ability to search easily for everything to do with invoice set up for example would be amazing rather than having to remember the pathway.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Australian based servers that ensure privacy standards that are congruent with Australia.
Straightforward and easy to use, especially once everything is set up properly.
Fairly intuitive although a little clunky, alerts need to stay on the screen for longer, they're not always seen in time.
Multiple users in located in the same practice.

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Intuitive and great features. I've been using it for about 6 years now- both as sole practictioner and in a group practice. I use it every day. Setting up on my own I got lots of great customer support - they were always really responsive, patient and helpful. It integrates well with xero, which is helpful. Clients book appointments online, I use it for notes and when I have had to copy client files its been relatively easy. I use template appointment reminders, reports,emailed invoices a lot and they are a great time saver.

Actually can't think of anything. Its great!

An 'all in one' platform- a calendar, place to document and keep client information, get client intake forms done online, write reports, track payments and telehealth

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

One major component you’ll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using PowerDiary because I’ve been able to automate a lot of simple tasks. For example, when someone schedules their very first appointment, they automatically get an email w/links to complete the intake forms specific to them. Automating as much as you can saves so much time & just makes me happy thinking about it. Also, anytime i’ve had questions or trouble they are quick to respond to my emails. Thank you for being so awesome!

I can't think of anything that I dislike about PowerDiary.

Client scheduling - they can do it themselves & an automated reminder is sent.
