"A Steep Learning Curve with Great Educational Resources"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I love the academy. The academy has been a treasure trove for me as a new practitioner. I'm actually new to running my own business, and the tech side has been a real steep learning curve. So the academy has been an absolutely fabulous resource for setting everything up and getting it all working well. I really like the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I'm not a great fan of the old-fashioned aspects of Zanda. I've had a few issues setting up Stripe. I'd like to be able to take tap and pay payments via the Stripe account and keep a single Stripe account for my Tap and Pay and pre-appointment bookings, which isn't possible at the moment. It was quite a steep learning curve, as I had to heavily rely on YouTube videos and the academy material because I hadn't used similar software before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Jon-Paul, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for choosing Zanda to support your practice journey. Starting your own business and learning new systems at the same time is a huge achievement, and we’re so pleased to hear that the Zanda Academy with its educational resources has helped make that process easier for you.

It’s wonderful to know that features like online forms, payment deposits, SMS, and practice management tools are helping free up more of your time to focus on patient care, education, and growing your practice. We’re also delighted that you’ve been enjoying the calendar experience.

We really appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve and your Stripe setup experience as well. Feedback like this helps guide ongoing improvements to both the product and the onboarding experience for new practitioners. We’re continuing to invest in making Zanda more intuitive and streamlined, while expanding the educational support available through the Zanda Academy and other resources.

Thank you again for your thoughtful review and support. Warm regards, Irina.

"Powerdiary is like having an assistant"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use this for my clinical will. It gives me peace of mind knowing that, in the event of my incapacity, my clients can be notified securely and confidentially by my clinical executor, who can access everything remotely.

It also makes it easy to send forms and agreements to each client and supervisee, and I appreciate having templates and notes available in one place. The weekly reminders help me stay on track, and overall it saves me time and keeps me organized.

I love that I can use my logo and branding colours, and I can send invoices and receipts without hassle. Rarely is there an issue, and when I do need help, staff support is responsive and helpful. The pricing is okay for me as a sole practitioner, and it gives me a professional edge over other sole practitioners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Not being able to schedule emails to send.

I also haven’t been able to find a way to use my own email address with my domain name (via ProtonMail) to send emails. Because of that, I only use the email feature for auto reminders and for sending invoices and receipts.

I can’t get the Zoom integration to work properly with my own Zoom account. I can hear clients, but I can’t see them. I don’t have the time to sort this out right now, so I’m still doing the links manually and sending them out separately from my proton mail email as scheduled emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s genuinely meaningful to hear how Zanda is supporting not just your day-to-day work, but also something as important as your clinical will. Knowing that it gives you peace of mind and helps you stay organised, secure, and prepared really speaks to why the platform exists in the first place.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from forms, templates, reminders, and invoicing, especially as a sole practitioner. That sense of having everything in one place and running smoothly is exactly what we aim for, and it’s wonderful to hear it’s making a real difference in your practice.

We also really appreciate you calling out the areas that haven’t quite worked as expected. Scheduling emails is something that is on our development roadmap, so please look out for our release announcements.

We understand that using a custom domain email (like ProtonMail), and getting Zoom fully set up are all important parts of your workflow, and it makes sense that when those don’t feel seamless, it adds extra effort back into your day. While some of these setups can depend on external providers or specific configurations, they’re absolutely things our team can help you work through step by step. If and when you have a moment, reaching out to support could help get your Zoom video working properly and explore options around email setup, so you can get closer to that fully streamlined experience you’re aiming for. Please reach out via support@zandahealth.com to organise a free troubleshooting settion when you are ready.

Thank you again for your kind words about the support team and for recommending Zanda to others, it means a lot. Warm regards, Irina.

"All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use Zanda for diary management, allowing new clients to book into diary slots. I also use the invoicing and email messaging functions, as well as automated tasks and letter templates to keep things electronic. I like the integration with Zoom for video calls. Zanda provides a multifunction aspect in one place, including invoicing and messaging clients via email and text. It includes a video platform where I can store and create forms and letter templates, all in one place. It's really great that I can connect Stripe to it. I like the automations I can set up, which help with appointment reminders, and they save me time and reduce wasted actions. The library of video tutorials is really helpful, and the responsive support team assists me via chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I think the diary function can be improved in terms of visuals, you don't always know that you are in the right week in your diary. As it's not always very clear. Creating diary slots could be made easier and have better functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Leaf, thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear that Zanda helps you manage everything in one place—from automations to secure client data storage—and that you're enjoying the upgraded Zoom integration.

We also appreciate your feedback on the calendar view. We're looking into ways to make it clearer and more user-friendly, so thank you for pointing that out.

It’s great to know Zanda supports your psychotherapy practice with ease and peace of mind. We're grateful to have you with us! Warm regards, Irina

"Zoom Integration and Automation Boost Efficiency"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I appreciate that Zanda (formerly Power Diary) integrates Zoom, which means I don't have to have a separate Zoom account and pay for that, giving me an effective way of delivering telehealth sessions worldwide on a stable platform. I also like that it automates all my email systems, booking, and payment systems, significantly reducing my admin work. The templates are great; they allow me to construct emails, letters, SMS, and forms, and I can easily personalize them to my business. The automation systems are so good that they save me a lot of time and effort, making it highly likely for me to recommend Zanda to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

It was a little bit complicated understanding the system to start with. I was nearly not going to use it because I was finding it difficult to navigate at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Julia, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from telehealth powered by Zoom, and that having everything in one place, from bookings to payments to communications, is helping reduce your admin workload. That’s exactly what we aim for: giving you a simple, reliable way to run your practice and deliver care without juggling multiple systems.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the initial learning curve. Getting started can sometimes feel like a lot, especially with a system that offers so much flexibility and customization. To support the new customers we've set up the Zanda Academy, and out support team are always there to organise free one-on-one video sessions to help with learning and setting up your account. And it's true that most users find it becomes much more intuitive once everything is set up. We’re continuously working to make that first experience smoother and easier to navigate.

If you ever want to explore ways to simplify your setup further, or make better use of templates and automations, our team is always here to help.

Thanks again for your recommendation, it means a lot to us. Warm regards, Irina

"Effortlessly Manages My Practice Needs"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I like that Zanda is software designed by therapists for therapists. I appreciate the transparency of the company's leadership and how active they are in engaging with their customers. They hold regular webinars that help you understand the functionality of the system, and these webinars are conducted by the people who actually work there, which I find valuable in getting to know the folks at Zanda. It feels like I've got partners that I can really work with. The initial setup was super easy and incredibly intuitive and user-friendly; it didn't take me more than a few minutes to get it set up. They have a massive library of guides and instructions, which I found really helpful, as well as a responsive help chat that makes it easy to resolve any problems. I also appreciate their responsiveness before choosing the software and how the system's all-in-one package helps make my business really efficient, ensuring everything is organized. Their feedback section is great because they actually listen to feedback and implement it into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The things that could be improved in Zanda are small, minor things related to the scheduling software and multiple user functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Miki, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It means a lot to hear that Zanda is helping your practice run smoothly and efficiently. We’re especially glad that the setup process felt intuitive and that our guides, webinars, and support chat have been helpful along the way.

One of our core goals is to build a platform that truly supports practitioners in their day-to-day work, so it’s wonderful to hear that the all-in-one approach is helping you stay organized and spend less time on documentation. Many practitioners, especially solo practice owners and clinicians, tell us that having scheduling, notes, billing, and client management all in one place makes a real difference in their workflow.

We also appreciate your kind words about our team and leadership. Staying connected with our community and learning directly from our users is incredibly important to us, which is why we continue to host webinars, gather feedback, and actively review suggestions through our feedback channels.

Thank you as well for mentioning the areas where things could improve. Even small details around scheduling and multi-user functionality are valuable insights for our product team, so please do not hesitate to reach out via support@zandahealth.com any time.

We’re grateful to have you as part of the Zanda community and truly appreciate your support. Warm regards, Irina

"Zanda is essential in the running of our Clinic"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

From a clinic management perspective, the diary functionality is intuitive, reliable, and easy to navigate—especially when coordinating multiple clinicians with different availability. It gives us clear visibility across the week at a glance, while still offering the granular control we need in a regulated healthcare environment.

The patient management system is just as strong. Clinical notes are well structured, securely stored, and easy to access, which supports both day-to-day efficiency and strong clinical governance. Overall, the platform helps us stay organised without overcomplicating workflows—something that’s essential in a busy private clinic setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

One area where Zanda could improve is workflow continuity when running reports. At present, when you generate a report and then click into an individual record, navigating back does not retain the original report view. This means you often need to run the report again or work across multiple tabs to avoid losing your place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi there, thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review - it’s fantastic to hear how central Zanda is to the running of your clinic.

We’re especially pleased that the diary visibility, structured clinical notes, and secure record-keeping are supporting both operational efficiency and clinical governance for your team. Helping clinics stay organised without overcomplicating workflows is exactly what we aim for.

We also appreciate your feedback around report workflow continuity. That’s valuable insight, and improvements to reporting usability are something we’re continuing to refine.

Thank you again for sharing how Zanda supports your clinicians, admin team, and patients. It means a lot to know we’re contributing to smooth, professional day-to-day operations in your clinic. -- Irina

"Streamlined Booking & Invoicing with Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I like the client portal in Zanda. It saves me time and money by allowing clients to book their own appointments, which cuts down on back-and-forth emails for scheduling. The client portal is great because it lets clients see their invoices, receipts, and what they've paid for, giving them more transparency and choice. Billing people in advance also means I get paid more often, which is helpful. The initial setup of Zanda was really easy, and I was able to transfer things quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I don't find the automations particularly clear, especially when setting them up for each individual type of therapy. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or if it's just not intuitive. Setting up automations with forms to go out directly to a person and dealing with different appointment types could definitely be improved. I also feel there might be something about the billing and invoicing that needs attention, but I can't quite remember what it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Becky, thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s wonderful to hear how much value you’re getting from the client portal, especially in saving time, reducing back-and-forth emails, and supporting upfront billing. That kind of efficiency makes a real difference in a busy therapy practice, and we’re so pleased the setup process felt smooth and straightforward for you.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about automations and billing. Setting up rules for multiple appointment types can feel complex at first. If you’re open to it, our support team would be more than happy to walk through your current automation setup with you and help simplify things. Often a few small adjustments can make everything click into place. And regarding billing, even if you’re not quite sure what felt off, we’d love to explore that with you. You can email our support team at support@zandahelath.com or book a free video session via https://zandahealth.com/book-a-call/ at the time that suits.

Thank you again for highlighting both what’s working well and where we can do better. Feedback like this helps us continue evolving Zanda to better support practices like yours. Warm regards, Irina.

"Clinic's Go-To for Seamless Operations"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I find Zanda (formerly Power Diary) easy to use and set up, and I appreciate the extensive customization options available. Being able to customize automated letters, appointment reminders, and cancellation notifications enhances the clinic's operations significantly. The integration with Stripe is also really beneficial for collecting deposit payments from clients. Overall, these features make running a successful clinic much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Currently, the monthly price is good as I am receiving an intro offer, the price going up will be a bit of a hit to the clinic. Having 2 factor authentication with use of a mobile number, rather than an authenticator app would be great, but doesn't currently exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Tom, thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review, we really appreciate you sharing your experience.

It’s great to hear that Zanda has become your clinic’s go-to for managing day-to-day operations. The flexibility around customization, along with automations for reminders, letters, and cancellations, is something we’ve put a lot of focus on - so it’s fantastic to know it’s making a real difference in how smoothly your clinic runs. It’s also great to hear the Stripe integration is helping streamline deposit collection and reduce admin on your end.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback around pricing and two-factor authentication. We understand that pricing changes can have an impact, especially as your clinic grows, and we’re always working to ensure the platform continues to deliver strong value in return. Your suggestion around using an authenticator app for 2FA is a great one as well, this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps shape future improvements. I've passed it to our product team for review on your behalf.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. It’s great to hear how Zanda is supporting your clinic, and we’re here whenever you need us. Warm regards, Irina.

"Secure, Healthcare-Focused Documentation with Helpful Scheduling Tools"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I mostly use the client forms and diary/scheduling alongside clinic note writing and keeping. I like having a secure place to document my sessions on a platform designs for healthcare professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I would like if there was an app to make use easier on my phone (e.g. on the go) and if I could link it with my google diary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Sophie, Thank you for sharing your experience, we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that you’re getting value from client forms, scheduling, and clinical notes. Having a secure, purpose-built space to document sessions and track attendance is something we care deeply about, so it’s encouraging to know it’s supporting your work in a meaningful way.

We also hear your feedback around mobile access. Being able to work easily on the go and keep everything in sync with your existing tools can make a big difference day to day. While Zanda is designed to work smoothly on mobile browsers, we understand that a dedicated app experience is something many practitioners would find helpful. As for the Google Calendar integration, it is actually available and accessible through your practitioner settings. If you need help with setting those up, please reach out to our support team for assistance at support@zandahealth.com.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for trusting Zanda with your clinical documentation, we’re glad it’s helping you stay organised and secure. Warm regards, Irina.

"Effortless Navigation and Convenient Invoice Access"
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

What I appreciate most about Zanda is its intuitive navigation. Being able to access invoices directly from the calendar to process payments is especially convenient, as it eliminates the need to open invoices in a separate window, like with other systems. I also value the option to be remembered at login, since I use Zanda several times a day, and not having to repeatedly log in streamlines my workflow.

I find it very straightforward to make necessary changes in the back end, such as updating templates, without having to seek approval from Zanda. This flexibility really allows me to tailor the system to my needs. Additionally, the in-app knowledge base and help function are very useful for resolving common issues on my own. When I do require assistance, the support team is always accessible and helpful.

The ease of implementation and integration with other systems also made getting started very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The only thing I dislike about Zanda is that receipting isn’t automated when a payment is completed, it requires a separate manual step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Shanae, thank you so much for sharing your experience. It’s wonderful to hear how Zanda is supporting your day-to-day work. We’re really glad the intuitive navigation, calendar-based invoice access, and the “remember me” option are making your workflow smoother. It’s also great to hear that updating templates and tailoring the system to your needs feels easy and empowering, and that our in-app help resources and support team have been there whenever you’ve needed them.

Your feedback about receipting is very much appreciated. Thank you again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re grateful to be part of your practice’s workflow, and we’re here whenever you need support or have ideas to share. Warm regards, Irina.
