"Customizable and Cost-Effective Practice Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I use Zanda for scheduling appointments and keeping records in my chiropractic practice, and soon I'll be using it for digital intake forms too. The customizability of Zanda is something I really appreciate, as it allows me to streamline my patient management processes without spending time on features I don't need. It gives me the option to choose from many different templates or to create forms and notes exactly how I want them. This flexibility helps free up time in my day so that I can help more people. Previously, I found other chiropractic software to be too bloated, requiring payment for features I would never use. Zanda lets me customize everything to fit my practice while being more affordable. The setup was pretty easy, with support from someone at Zanda to help me acclimate and import my clients from Pure Chiro Notes. Overall, Zanda offers many features, and I don't feel like I'm paying for features I don't use. I also use the online scheduling feature and may explore sms and email features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

I'm not really sure what doesn't work well for me. Zanda is meeting all my needs currently. I might be interested in using the sms or email feature, but I haven't taken the time to figure that out yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Vernon,

Thank you for updating your review. It’s wonderful to hear that Zanda continues to meet the needs of your chiropractic practice.

We’re especially pleased that you value the flexibility to configure your forms, notes, and workflows around the way you work. Knowing this helps you avoid unnecessary complexity, save time, and focus on helping more patients is exactly the kind of impact we hope to make.

It’s also great to hear that your setup and client import from Pure Chiro Notes went smoothly, and that you’re already making use of online scheduling. We hope digital intake forms will make collecting patient information even easier when you’re ready to introduce them.

When you decide to explore SMS or email communication, our Support Team will be happy to help you get started. You can reach them at support@zandahealth.com.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and continuing to trust Zanda with your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Effortless Client Management, Needs More Form Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I use Zanda to book my clients and send invoices, and it's been really helpful to keep all my clients’ information organized in one place. I find it very easy to navigate, which makes managing my appointments a breeze. It also works really well on my phone, even though there's no specific app for it, which is really convenient for handling things on the go. The initial setup was pretty easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

I think the forms for assessments and examinations could use some improvement. I'd like to have more options or make it easier to customize them. Specifically, I would appreciate different types of assessments, such as neurological examination, balance examination, and outcome measures for mobility and function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Panos, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Zanda! It’s great to hear that managing appointments, invoicing, and client information in one place has made your day-to-day work easier, and that Zanda works well for you on mobile too.

We also really appreciate your feedback about having more assessment and examination options available in our forms library. We’d love to learn more about the specific neurological, balance, mobility, and functional assessments you’d find useful.

If you’re happy to, please send your suggestions to support@zandahealth.com, along with samples or examples of the assessments you’d like to see added. Our team can then review them and evaluate whether they could be included in our templates library.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for helping us continue improving Zanda.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Zanda Makes Admin Automation Easy with Regular Improvements and Great Support"
5/5
Describe the project or task Zanda Health helped with:

Zanda actively encourages users to share feedback and suggest new features, and this often leads to updates that feel both timely and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zanda Health?

Zanda is well set up and easy to use. The functions it includes are genuinely useful for everyday administrative support and for automating tasks that would otherwise take a lot of time. I also appreciate how much effort the team at Zanda puts into continuously updating and improving the system and its features, which results in regular updates and ongoing improvements. On top of that, Zanda’s support is great—timely and accurate—and the AI-bot is a particularly helpful tool for getting quick answers when you’re on the go. It's well worth it. Compared to other systems I've reviewed it seemed to be the most affordable. There are also several functions you can add if needed. The pricing is very fair and transparent. Overall I find it to be very good value for what I'm paying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi there, thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear that Zanda is making everyday admin and automation easier for your practice, and that you’ve found our support team and AI assistant helpful when you need a quick answer.

It’s also wonderful to hear that you notice the regular improvements we make based on customer feedback. We really value those suggestions, and they play an important role in how Zanda continues to evolve.

Thank you as well for your feedback about navigation and the number of clicks it can sometimes take to reach certain areas. Making workflows simpler and easier to navigate is something we continue to work on, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we can improve.

We really appreciate your recommendation and are glad Zanda is delivering good value for your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina

"(Mostly) Intuitive Practice Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I find Zanda easy to use, user-friendly, and intuitive, with helpful functions and a straightforward interface that most people can pick up intuitively. I use it to store client information, communicate with clients, keep track of appointments and reviews, and let clinicians know when clients have arrived and the appointment status. I like that multiple users can access it and that I can customize what information is shared between admin and clinicians so they can communicate well. The progress note option with attachments is usually very good, and I appreciate being able to create note templates and forms. I also appreciate the simple color coding for appointment status, which makes it easy to see whether a client has confirmed, arrived, and paid. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

At times, changes to the interface make things more complex and difficult to use. The recent appointment color changes make it look like a client didn’t attend when they’ve actually arrived. It’s also more complex to view previous notes because I can’t scroll down anymore, and it takes a few extra clicks to add attachments to notes. I’d also like a way to track different expiry dates for referrals. I can track how many sessions a client has used from a referral, but I can’t track how many Medicare sessions they’ve used during the calendar year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi there, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! It’s lovely to hear that Zanda has been easy to pick up and helps your admin team and clinicians stay connected throughout the day. Knowing who has arrived, what’s happening with appointments, and where to find the right information can make a real difference to a busy practice.

I also appreciate you taking the time to tell us where things have become more difficult. I can understand how confusing it is when an appointment colour makes it look as though a client hasn’t attended, and how those extra clicks add up when you’re working with notes and attachments.

Thank you, too, for your suggestions about referral expiry dates and tracking Medicare sessions across the calendar year. That context helps us understand what would make managing referrals easier for your practice.

We’re grateful you shared both what’s working well and what could be better. If you’d like a hand with any of these workflows, our Support team is always happy to help at support@zandahealth.com.

"Flexible, Intuitive Practice Management with Responsive Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I like Zanda’s calendar and flexibility. My clients can book online, and I can manage bookings when they’re offline. It sends notifications and invoices, and I can modify and organize things in one place. I can configure locations, products, and notifications separately, with different variables to fit my use case. I also like how responsive the support team is: they usually respond within hours, and I can book time with them directly. They’ve helped me get to grips with the software and fix things without spending days figuring them out on my own. It can also fit many different use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

I’m waiting for Zanda to implement WERO payments through Stripe. The current payment option is credit cards, which isn’t good enough for me, so I have to maintain alternative payment methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your experience with Zanda! It's wonderful to hear that the flexibility of the calendar and settings is helping you manage your practice the way you want to. I'm especially happy to hear that our support team has made things easier for you. Knowing they've been there when you've needed help means a lot to us.

We also completely understand your point about WERO payments. Having to manage separate payment methods creates extra work, and ideally, that's something we'd love to help you avoid. We already have a request for iDEAL/WERO integration on our list for future consideration. Feedback like yours helps us understand where we can make a meaningful difference.

Thanks again for your kind words and thoughtful suggestions. We're glad to have you with us, and if you ever need a hand, our team is always happy to help at support@zandahealth.com.

Warm regards,

Irina

"Efficient Automation with Room for Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I really like the ease of use and the AI helper in Zanda, which makes managing my practice much smoother. The automations save me a lot of time by providing easy access to client information. Plus, the staff is quite responsive, which adds to the positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

Sometimes, I found the automations in Zanda (formerly Power Diary) required overriding, which led to more work because I was looking for something more tailored. Additionally, the initial profile creation process could be improved by allowing users to set it up without sending the full automation right away. Setting up Zanda also took a long time, which was a bit frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Hugo, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're delighted to hear that Zanda AI tools, automations, and easy access to client information are helping you save time and manage your practice more efficiently. It's also great to know our team has been responsive and helpful.

We appreciate your feedback about the setup process and the flexibility of automations. Every practice has its own workflows, and we understand how important it is to tailor Zanda to suit your needs.

You might be pleased to know that new client automations can be delayed using a dedicated setting, so they don't have to be triggered immediately when a client profile is created.

We'd also love to invite you to book a free Account Health Check with our Customer Support team. It's a great opportunity to review your current setup, explore ways to tailor automations to your workflows, and make sure you're getting the most out of Zanda. Simply reach out to support@zandahealth.com, and our team will be happy to help arrange a session.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for being part of the Zanda community!

Warm regards,

Irina

"Worst Customer service EVER"

What do you like best about Zanda Health?

Functionailty (when it works)

The functionality is in depth and somewhat intuitive, but often parts of it don't work or are changed without notice, and this is disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

The lack of customer support.

I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

All I can imagine is the owner spends his time patting people on the back for dramatic statements of flair within the software, whilst annoying customers with taking forever to get anything done.

If only they'd operate ethically - putting the prices up without notifying their ustomers then blaming the customer for turning off their ridiculous 3 million emails a week two years prior for not receiving the email update and thus not being aware.

This is after being told they don't send important notices via email, they will come via the Facebook group or the software.

The support and 'customer service' in this software is rubbish.

If you're looking to get a new clinic software, avoid this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I use this for my clinical will. It gives me peace of mind knowing that, in the event of my incapacity, my clients can be notified securely and confidentially by my clinical executor, who can access everything remotely.

It also makes it easy to send forms and agreements to each client and supervisee, and I appreciate having templates and notes available in one place. The weekly reminders help me stay on track, and overall it saves me time and keeps me organized.

I love that I can use my logo and branding colours, and I can send invoices and receipts without hassle. Rarely is there an issue, and when I do need help, staff support is responsive and helpful. The pricing is okay for me as a sole practitioner, and it gives me a professional edge over other sole practitioners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

Not being able to schedule emails to send.

I also haven’t been able to find a way to use my own email address with my domain name (via ProtonMail) to send emails. Because of that, I only use the email feature for auto reminders and for sending invoices and receipts.

I can’t get the Zoom integration to work properly with my own Zoom account. I can hear clients, but I can’t see them. I don’t have the time to sort this out right now, so I’m still doing the links manually and sending them out separately from my proton mail email as scheduled emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s genuinely meaningful to hear how Zanda is supporting not just your day-to-day work, but also something as important as your clinical will. Knowing that it gives you peace of mind and helps you stay organised, secure, and prepared really speaks to why the platform exists in the first place.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from forms, templates, reminders, and invoicing, especially as a sole practitioner. That sense of having everything in one place and running smoothly is exactly what we aim for, and it’s wonderful to hear it’s making a real difference in your practice.

We also really appreciate you calling out the areas that haven’t quite worked as expected. Scheduling emails is something that is on our development roadmap, so please look out for our release announcements.

We understand that using a custom domain email (like ProtonMail), and getting Zoom fully set up are all important parts of your workflow, and it makes sense that when those don’t feel seamless, it adds extra effort back into your day. While some of these setups can depend on external providers or specific configurations, they’re absolutely things our team can help you work through step by step. If and when you have a moment, reaching out to support could help get your Zoom video working properly and explore options around email setup, so you can get closer to that fully streamlined experience you’re aiming for. Please reach out via support@zandahealth.com to organise a free troubleshooting settion when you are ready.

Thank you again for your kind words about the support team and for recommending Zanda to others, it means a lot. Warm regards, Irina.

"All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

I use Zanda for diary management, allowing new clients to book into diary slots. I also use the invoicing and email messaging functions, as well as automated tasks and letter templates to keep things electronic. I like the integration with Zoom for video calls. Zanda provides a multifunction aspect in one place, including invoicing and messaging clients via email and text. It includes a video platform where I can store and create forms and letter templates, all in one place. It's really great that I can connect Stripe to it. I like the automations I can set up, which help with appointment reminders, and they save me time and reduce wasted actions. The library of video tutorials is really helpful, and the responsive support team assists me via chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

I think the diary function can be improved in terms of visuals, you don't always know that you are in the right week in your diary. As it's not always very clear. Creating diary slots could be made easier and have better functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Leaf, thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear that Zanda helps you manage everything in one place—from automations to secure client data storage—and that you're enjoying the upgraded Zoom integration.

We also appreciate your feedback on the calendar view. We're looking into ways to make it clearer and more user-friendly, so thank you for pointing that out.

It’s great to know Zanda supports your psychotherapy practice with ease and peace of mind. We're grateful to have you with us! Warm regards, Irina

"Mature, Feature-Rich Software with a Time-Saving Client Portal"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda Health?

Zanda is a matured software; it has many daily needed features. I like the client portal the best; it offers clients to schedule, reschedule, and request to be informed of openings - all making that I have to send fewer emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda Health?

The integrated Telehealth feature locks Zoom in. Zanda seems overall a highly privacy conscious software, Zoom seems like a contradiction to that picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Tim, thank you for sharing your experience! It’s wonderful to hear how much time the Client Portal is saving you by giving clients more control over their appointments, and especially that Zanda is helping you create more capacity for clients while protecting your downtime.

We also appreciate you raising your concern about Zoom. Privacy and security are incredibly important to us. Telehealth powered by Zoom is designed for healthcare use and meets strict security and privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.

Thank you again for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for choosing Zanda to support your practice.

Warm regards,

Irina
