I was an avid fan and very happy user until Postly decided to overhaul their platform in October 2025, and it has been an unstable mess since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All scheduled posts after the upgrade were lost and had to be reentered. And it's been downhill from there. For the last 5 months, there is an issue almost every day. Promises to fix them are not kept, and too often the response is entirely unrelated to the issue identified. I capture videos of the platform instability and failures daily, ranging from garbled text in posts to duplicate posts to blank posts. Scheduled posts very randomly don't publish to some pages while posting to others on the same platform.

I've sent extensive video proof of the same issues for months, only to hear 'let us look into this, we'll get back to you in the promised 72 hours.' every time. Or, worse, 'we fixed everything, it's working great now.' I can assure you it is not.

Reconnect platforms is another frequent response, though there is no logic to doing so. One post will fail, and the next will publish. I'm going to venture that platforms don't randomly disconnect and reconnect themselves between posts.

For three weekends in a row, posts scheduled on Thursday published fine, Friday's scheduled posts did not publish at all, and Monday's posted fine - no changes on my end. Postly is a very powerful tool for those managing large-scale content. The most obvious strength is the bulk post scheduling feature, which allows hundreds of pieces of content to be scheduled in minutes, saving hours of work. The interface is clean, intuitive and allows a good overview of all scheduled publications. Integration with various social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X and Google My Business is also excellent. The built-in artificial intelligence for copy generation is useful as a starting point, especially for those who work in teams and need to speed up the creative process. Some features, such as the visual editor for carousels or image management in cross-platform posts, are still basic or not very customizable. The analytics part is also somewhat limited: it lacks more detailed metrics or customizable reports that are useful for those working with clients. Sold my business. Tying to cancel service. Can't even get to the cancel or page. I'm already logged in. Wants to send you to another link to your email...IT NEVER COMES. We got the Postly LTD for our small team initially. It helped us scale our business and now allows us to run various campaigns for our agency clients. It's easy to use, and the AI writer tool also comes in handy when you run out of content ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the tool gives up while scheduling complex posts - i.e. multiple images that might not comply with social media's recommended posting size. But their support is overall excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

But Postly also allows you to share simultaneously with other channels such as telegram, twitter, pinterest and reddit. The planning phase is quite easy and here is the option I liked the most; the ability to post the shares to be republished at certain periods. It's great to be able to schedule content to be published across various social media platforms. We were able to schedule content to be published on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. We were able to manage our posts on each social media platform, post them at the appropriate time, and receive feedback on how the content performed. It's also easy to see what's trending on social media at the moment to help with content ideas. It was really easy to create and schedule content and monitor its performance. It was also easy to monitor what your team does on other accounts as you can set approvals before posting. It's great for quality control when working with a large team. Sometimes the scheduling didn't go as planned. We had to reschedule some of the content for a couple of reasons.
