And it's been downhill from there. For the last 5 months, there is an issue almost every day. Promises to fix them are not kept, and too often the response is entirely unrelated to the issue identified. I capture videos of the platform instability and failures daily, ranging from garbled text in posts to duplicate posts to blank posts. Scheduled posts very randomly don't publish to some pages while posting to others on the same platform. I've sent extensive video proof of the same issues for months, only to hear 'let us look into this, we'll get back to you in the promised 72 hours.' every time. Or, worse, 'we fixed everything, it's working great now.' I can assure you it is not. Reconnect platforms is another frequent response, though there is no logic to doing so. One post will fail, and the next will publish. I'm going to venture that platforms don't randomly disconnect and reconnect themselves between posts. For three weekends in a row, posts scheduled on Thursday published fine, Friday's scheduled posts did not publish at all, and Monday's posted fine - no changes on my end. The biggest problem that I had before using Postly was the fact that I used different tools to schedule content and to manage our social media accounts and as our clients were increasing it was becoming too expensive to manage them easily in one place. Just the sheer fact that Postly is willing to let you sign up before having to enter a credit card gave our agency the confidence that they trust in their product. **What problems is Postly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an agency trying to grow its social media management business, most services out there hit you with massive up-front fees to be able to use any tools that allow you to manage brand accounts. If you don't sign up for those services armed with 5-10 customers, you're immediately operating at a loss. It's just not practical. With Postly, you can sign up FOR FREE and get started. This makes it a perfect jumping point for any small business or any agency just looking to experiment with the service. Where Postly thrives, though, is its ability to create multiple Workspaces (to manage brands separately) and present your scheduled posts in a neat, visual calendar.
