What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

What I like best is that when we update interest rates or terms in our core system, the correct disclosure letter fires automatically with the right version. I can see the whole event history for each letter, which makes audits way less scary because I am not guessing what was actually mailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostGrid Print & Mail?

The template list gets long with all our tiny legal variations, and the search feels a bit basic, so I rely on very careful naming. I did click into the wrong version once and panicked, even though we caught it in sandbox before it hit real customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

The API is extremely fast and returns structured data that is easy to integrate. We were able to send certified letters which we need to send for court evidence incase of disputes. It breaks down the full address into parsed components like street number, street name, unit, city, and ZIP so everything stays consistent in our system. One of the highlights for us is tying policy changes and account status events directly to printed letters.
