"PostGrid Makes Direct Mail Simple and Actually Enjoyable for Us!"
What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

Honestly, I didn’t expect to find myself liking a direct mail tool this much, but PostGrid surprised us. As an Environmental Health Association, we deal with a lot of sensitive, data-driven mail campaigns that have to be accurate and timely. PostGrid has been a huge asset in helping us streamline our mailings without compromising quality. The API integration was much smoother than we thought and our campaigns now go out quicker with better targeting. Their automation means our outreach team isn’t buried under address lists and printing delays anymore. Even the templates are solid – we didn’t have to start from scratch every time. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this smooth. PostGrid made it really easy for our institution to set up and automate direct mail campaigns to students, parents and donors. The interface is not overly complicated and we were able to upload our contacts and launch a campaign in like, under an hour. We liked that we could use variable data to customize each mail peice, which made everything feel more personal. Tracking was also a huge plus—no more guessing when stuff gets delivered. We’ve tried a couple of other platforms in the past but PostGrid has been a game changer for our legal firm’s direct mail marketing. The address verification is super accurate, which is a must for legal communication. I especially appreciate how easy it is to set up mail campaigns without needing to go back and forth with a printer or mailing service. The automation features save us loads of time and the templates look very professional. We were able to personalize our letters without having to worry about formatting issues. Honestly, PostGrid has been kind of a game-changer for us. We run a boutique wedding fashion and event company, and mail is a huge part of our workflow—from sending bridal catalogs to RSVPs and custom invites. The interface is pretty straight forward (though it took me a little bit to figure out the templates), and I love how it integrates with our CRM so we don’t have to manually export lists anymore. What I appreciate most is how easy PostGrid makes it to send beautiful, customized mailers to our subscribers and partners. What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

What I like best is how streamlined the whole process is from designing the mailer to getting it delivered. As a commercial real estate firm, we send out property listings and investment opportunities to a very targeted list, and PostGrid makes it feel almost effortless. Before, this would take us days to organize with multiple vendors, but now it's all under one roof. I especially love how easy it is to personalize our mailers at scale — it feels like you're sending each recipient something tailored for them, without having to do it one-by-one. Also, the API has been surprisingly easy to work with (I'm not super techy so that was a relief). There’s been a few times where we needed last-minute changes and their support team really came through — they’re fast and actually understand the urgency in real estate marketing.
