"Solid and reliable performance"
What do you like best about PostgreSQL?

For the most part PostgreSQL performs well and does not catch you out too often. Various tuning options and ways to analyse performance so is not too tricky to keep it working well as you scale vertically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostgreSQL?

Lack of horizontal scaling options in the market make it tricky once you've either exhausted vertical scaling or are encountering issues with multiple read replicas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most safer and reliable database engine"
What do you like best about PostgreSQL?

PostgreSQL is the most complete, safer, easier and more reliable database engine we use in the company. We administrate it through PG Admin, and we have allocated in the AWS instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostgreSQL?

It's tricky if you have invalid objects to assign permissions to different users o groups. But once you delete or repair the invalid objects, everything becomes more accessible. It is the only thing that i dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"#1 open source object relational database management system"
What do you like best about PostgreSQL?

I like the best that it is widely used for enterprise software development, it has been in the industry for very long, thus it is reliable, robust and highly performant. It is fast and very easy to use. It also provides very detailed documentation along with detailed feature matrix for each version release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostgreSQL?

Nothing to dislike as such, but something that is very common in softwares is that latest version is never stable enough for production use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PostgreSQL An efficient SQL Database"
What do you like best about PostgreSQL?

A safe, dependable, and robust database is PostgreSQL. It is an open-source RDBMS that performs well while handling a lot of data. Both Linux and Windows operating systems support installing PostgreSQL. SQL expertise is not necessary if we understand the tool adequately. Any database may employ SQL knowledge as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostgreSQL?

For a newbie, PostgreSQL requires instruction. Through PgAdmin, a graphical application is used to manage it. Executing queries on an enormous database might sometimes be a bit sluggish. PostgreSQL installation ought to be simpler for users. Since few individuals utilize this technology, exchanging files or databases with others is challenging.
