**What do you like best about PortaBilling?**

It is a very advanced Voip Portal and Billing Engine
There are good security features
Very good API and many integrations available.

**What do you dislike about PortaBilling?**

It allows one very limited features for setting up Hosted PBXes. We have moved our customers to 3cx and use PortaBilling for the trunks and billing.
Setting up the billing side is time consuming but it just works thereafter
New interface is very confusing. I am still struggling to find everything I need.

**What problems is PortaBilling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that customers are billed and we are aware at the difference between what we are paying suppliers and we are billing our customers.
Ensuring that credit limits are in place in case customers are ahcked.
