Gives a personalized experience to your customer, pipelines, leads and sales are all managed under one platform providing 26 different standard services

**What do you dislike about Oracle CX for Comunications?**

Everything works just fine ,NO dislike it is just perfect

**What problems is Oracle CX for Comunications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use however one can keep on exploring new things here which will help you and your customer executive
 We  use it for report  generation as a tool for some of the reports like finding out the ( calculate no of  employees generate sales based on leads ..)
