They provide excellent support and are always willing to help solve your current operational requirements. The system has more integrations than most systems, and have integrated them into a seamless system. **What do you dislike about Connect?** The Connect system is really flexible and well integrated. It could always use more integrations to sales tools and such, but the team has always been willing to integrate where the customer has a need. **What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connect solves the billing and revenue collection component as it main feature. At the same time it does this, it also takes care of inventory, order management, fulfillment, carrier provisioining, synchronization and just about everything an MVNO business requires. ### 4.
