What do you like best about Ericsson Charging System?

Ericsson is the world leader in terms of providing the Online Charging Systems. Most of the Service Providers around world use Ericsson's charging system to ensure real time billing and implementing the fully configurable tarriff systems.

The system is intuitive and provides fairly simple integration with the Business Applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ericsson Charging System?

Cost can be one of the key factors, however, the bouquet of services offered often overrun the costs as the benefit realisation is quick and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ericsson Charging System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ericsson Charging System has a CBiO which ensures prepaid and postpaid facilities can be handled in a single bundled product. It also helps quick launching of new and attractive packages in the market. The system is highly scalable and provides quick time to market.

The Telecom Service Providers are benefitted with the 360 degree customer view and an ML based customer segmentation. It can help the TSPs for launching the discounts and bonuses eventually capturing the customer base and also giving benefits to the end consumers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
