**What do you like best about Amdocs CES?**

Amdocs customer experience suite / amdocs on general just about does it all! You can easily branch out with their product offering to meet the needs of your evolving business

**What do you dislike about Amdocs CES?**

Because of the breadth of offerings, it can sometimes be confusing to understand all the capabilities and maximize them on a small team. Additionally cost too support all of this is high

**Recommendations to others considering Amdocs CES:**

Consider all your use cases upfront in order to do cost/benefit on pricing

**What problems is Amdocs CES solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to share content to our customers that would otherwise be challenging to access and publish

**What do you like best about Amdocs CES?**

The look of AMDOCS is much more modern. I have used CSG in the past and AMDOCS definitely looks better.

Because AMDOCS looks more modern it is also easier to use. I have used CSG for over a year and was always confused with its interactions. AMDOCS came more naturally to me and I enjoy using it more than CSG, even though I needed to adapt to a new billing system.

**What do you dislike about Amdocs CES?**

At times it requires you to input more than 1 piece of information even though the piece of information is unique. This might be only my company's version though.

**What problems is Amdocs CES solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am looking up different accounts. The benefits are that AMDOCS is easier on the eyes and easy to use once you get used to it.
