What do you dislike about Amdocs CES?

Because of the breadth of offerings, it can sometimes be confusing to understand all the capabilities and maximize them on a small team. Additionally cost too support all of this is high Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amdocs CES?

The look of AMDOCS is much more modern. I have used CSG in the past and AMDOCS definitely looks better.

Because AMDOCS looks more modern it is also easier to use. I have used CSG for over a year and was always confused with its interactions. AMDOCS came more naturally to me and I enjoy using it more than CSG, even though I needed to adapt to a new billing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amdocs CES?

At times it requires you to input more than 1 piece of information even though the piece of information is unique. This might be only my company's version though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
