What do you like best about PlayTours?

Play Tours is a very robust and flexible software system. It's taken me a while to understand all that is available to me. But the support at PlayTours has been exceptional. Live support is always a click away and always happy and helpful. I've never felt like a burden despite so many questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlayTours?

What do you like best about PlayTours?

What do you dislike about PlayTours?

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer number of options and various settings available. Once I got going, the process was fairly smooth, though I still wasn't entirely sure about the purpose of all the different settings. Since I'm generally quite tech-savvy, I decided to hold off on scheduling my consultation until I had a clearer plan, but in hindsight, using it earlier might have been beneficial.
