Every one of my teams that has leveraged the platform has only seen the benefits. It fits our culture of transparency and feedback. From the COO seat, it helps our leaders understand their deficits and help define their goals. **What problems is RallyBright Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It exposes blind spots in people, processes and systems. It helps prioritize internal efforts to address the gaps. It also acts as a dashboard to measure progress. I previously used other tools that only provided high-level details. Rallybright creates an accurate assessment of where my team is at today. The platform then helps me, as a manager, develop concrete, actionable steps that I can take to improve my team's performance. **What do you dislike about RallyBright Platform?** I would love to run my team through Rallybright more frequently. During our pilot, we found a few small usability problems that caused confusion, but Rallybright fixed those almost immediately. **What problems is RallyBright Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rallybright answers the question: "how is my team performing and why is it performing the way it is?" Rallybright identifies the strengths of a team, as well as its weaknesses. It then provides curated content to help managers strengthen areas where their team is not as strong. It also helps employees run self-assessments to understand their conflict style and burnout risk so that they can have productive conversations with their manager. ### 5. You can get ahead of issues, inconsistencies in team, and misalignment BEFORE they become huge issues. Our team found the results to be highly informative across job roles and team levels. **What do you dislike about RallyBright Platform?** Understanding best practices of what assessments to run and when. We can often over or under-measure and our team needs guidance to know what the experts recommend. **What problems is RallyBright Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** RallyBright is solving the under-quantification in the HR stack. It gets to the real fundamental issues across and within teams and advises you on how to build more cohesive business units and structurally strong teams. ### 7. I was impressed by how quickly we were able to get a survey out to our groups and how responsive the team was in helping us interpret the results. In addition, Rallybright was very responsive to our needs and made it a great experience. **What do you dislike about RallyBright Platform?** RallyBright's platform is still in development and some functionality that I would like to see is still in development. It can be a 'nerdy' platform at times. They have ensured that the solutions they provide us to assess, measure, and most importantly, constantly improve how we operate, and have scaled with our needs as we've grown. The tools and results they offer have been invaluable, and they've graciously worked with me to customize for some of our unique needs. Most importantly, the RallyBright team genuinely cares about our success. They put in the time and hold our hands through the process, making sure everything runs smoothly. I regularly rely on John for coaching and guidance along the path, and consider him an extension of our team. I recommend RallyBright highly and without reservations.While the platform is already thorough and captures all aspects well, the team is always eager to work directly with us to customize and to help us really understand the results as well as how to use them to drive change and growth. **What do you dislike about RallyBright Platform?** This is a challenging question, as there's no real "dislike". RallyBright continues to hone and improve, including adding measurable components like inclusion to ensure we're looking at every area of our business and culture. There's probably more, but nothing that we feel is "missing" at this time. **What problems is RallyBright Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** RallyBright has actually helped us to identify issues or areas we can address without us realizing the problem first. The survey results have given us insights into small things like we have too many company-wide meetings, or realizing a department wasn't having enough team meetings... and larger issues, like showing us that we had an underperforming area, and had real opportunity for leadership coaching and growth that we hadn't been aware of. ### 13. For board members that might be skeptical about the "deliverables" of this work, this is a highly necessary and useful derivative to ensure this important work continues. **What do you dislike about RallyBright Platform?** The only thing would be to have a bit more "bespoke" customizability for the individual needs of partners involved in the evaluation process. **What problems is RallyBright Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having "fully realized data" is in an incredibly valuable element to helping those who think more analytically embrace the, sometimes, elusive nature of IDEA.
