Unfortunately, the excellence of the product is completely overshadowed by the shockingly poor customer support. I recently renewed my subscription and have the documentation to prove it. However, I have since received a fourth notification of an attempt to withdraw funds from my account.
I have tried to resolve this issue multiple times, sending four or five emails and creating two support tickets. I have received absolutely no response from the Play.ht team, not even an acknowledgment of my issue. This complete lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable.
It's frustrating to be a paying customer and feel completely ignored. While I want to praise the product, the experience with their support team has been incredibly disappointing and has caused me unnecessary stress and concern about being wrongfully charged again.
