Full disclosure: I am one of the founders of PlanJoin. And I am one of its power users. As a lawyer, I have learnt the hard way how tough it is to keep a group of people (clients) on the same page in a project. You are always sending follow-up emails. You have endless conference calls. However, you still worry that something important is forgotten. Today, I have much more confidence because we can track our goals (for example, for a high-stake negotiation) with the client in PlanJoin. I love that the clients gets reminders. I like best that I can set up a PlanJoin board in less than a minute. The clients can use it with their secure link without sign-up or onboarding because PlanJoin is self-explanatory. Because of PlanJoin my projects with externals became more structured. When you are creative like me that can feel awkward at the beginning but you get used to it. You also have to accept that PlanJoin takes care of sending your follow-ups and reminders. Thinking about who I have to remind about what took away lots of my bandwidth.
