**What do you like best about Placer?**

This is the only tool I use for foot traffic analysis, it has a great variety of features and reports that always amaze my clients. It's easy to use and pull reports from.

**What do you dislike about Placer?**

I believe the demographic overview could be more refined. It seemed to give very similar results no matter the location polygonned.

**What problems is Placer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Depending on the client, Placer has helped businesses identify expansion opportunitites, adjust advertising strategies, and develop retention/rewards programs for clients. The tool makes tackling the challenges that come with each of these much easier.

great easy place to find all info needed to manage real estate lease info

**What do you dislike about Placer?**

would like critical dates to have links to the actual lease sections as well as notice provisions, etc.
