**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

Clients find it very easy and user-friendly. It makes connection very simple and quick for clients who don't understand the platforms without having to each one manually. It seamless connects to our accounts with the touch of a button! It's reliable and consistent. We feel like we get our moneys worth through the ease it provides alone. Clients love to see a "magic link". Setting up was easy once we connected our master account. We have not utilized the AI-powered features that we know of so far.

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

I don't like that I cannot edit an already existing custom request.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadsie helps us solve client confusion. Many clients don't know how to connect each and every integration manually. Using a "magic link" is very helpful for them and us. Additionally, this saves our team time because we are not having to sit down with each client to help with connections.

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

Onboarding used to give me major anxiety cause Meta is not an easy platform to find things. With Leadsie, this task is so much easier not only for me, but for my clients. I dont look dumb and on a zoom for hours anymore!  Leadsie streamlines connections and puts it in the clients control.  I never want to do onboarding without Leadsie!

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

When I need customer support, the hours are while Im sleeping. Im in the US, so there should be US times available. Ive had to get on calls with the client and your customer rep at 6am and that isnt very professional for me to ask a client to get up that early.  Also, almost every client doesnt connect their ad accts, so i have to get with them separately to do it. i dont know what the issue is or breakdown is on their end with Leadsie

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

The simplicity! We work with a large group of clients and this makes getting the access we need virtually effortless for both our internal team and our clients. I pitched this to my supervisor and it was an immediate "yes!" because it eliminates so much back and gets us to launch so much faster!

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

I wish there was a way to add Meta Partnership requests to the link we use for general Ads + Insights process. We currently do that as a second step once Ads + Insights access is granted, but it would be awesome to do them both at the same time.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining the access needed for Meta Ads via the Meta Business Suite is a multi-step process that requires our clients to know how to navigate the Business Suite. Leadsie is easy to use for anyone and cuts WAY down on the back and forth.

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

It’s easy for some clients and makes the process much faster. What I like is that it’s simple to set up, and I can just send a link. I mainly use it during onboarding, and then I don’t really use it again, but I believe onboarding is an important part of the relationship with a client. 
I haven’t used your customer support, to be honest, so I can’t really comment on that.

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

There’s nothing I dislike about it. However, sometimes I’ve run into situations where some clients (especially older ones) share a single access for everything, or they get stuck because they don’t know where to find the Shopify store code, etc.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t have to walk clients through a call just so they can add me to Google Analytics, Search Console, or Shopify. I simply send the request, get a notification once I have access, and I can label each request with the client’s name to stay organized.

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

- It makes the process of gaining advertiser access to our clients' Meta pages SO much quicker and easier!
- It's super clean and smooth on the client facing end, especially with our logo and company name
- In the backend, it's pretty simple to set up and manage requests

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

- This isn't a dislike about Leadsie itself, but more a limitation on Meta's end, but it would be AMAZING if one day a client could provide Instagram access without needing a Facebook page. We're finding that more and more clients these days only have IG pages, without an active FB page. So if there's any way to advocate for a solution to this on a Meta integration roadmap, it would be super useful.

- As mentioned above, it allows us to gain advertiser access to our clients' Meta pages SO much quicker and easier
- It streamlines the process, gains us access much quicker, notifies us as soon as the access is provided
- Overall, it saves us lots of time and troubleshooting, and makes use seem that much more professional to our clients

Leadsie makes onboarding clients straight forward and easy. We can provide a link to connect everything or just the account we need and a few clicks and they are done.

Nothing so far. It has been a great tool for us.

We have a lot of clients that have accounts they set up years ago, but aren't used to using. So they have a hard time figuring out where to add us so we can have access. This takes the guesswork out of the equation.

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

As a marketing agency, it makes it frictionless to get secure admin access to my client's accounts. Platforms like Facebook for example, often change their complex permissions settings, so having a 2-click option like Leadsie makes the process so much easier, especially for less technically-savvy clients. It also makes our agency look a lot more professional too.

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

Less of a complaint about Leadsie but more the platforms themselves. It would be helpful if Leadsie shared warnings and nuances of sharing access from their side to clients e.g. if someone wants to share an instagram page, it must already be connected to a Facebook page.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining admin access to client social media accounts in an easy, asynchronous and efficient manner.

it could be a bit cheaper or have different pricing plans based on usage only instead of the current tiers

I like how easy it is to send to my clients and that it walks them through the steps needed to connect accounts.

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

I don't have too many downsides to Leadsie. There's always some nuance to connecting accounts (I work with SMBs that don't always know who created the accounts or what information they need) so diagnosing issues with unconnected accounts might be helpful but overall, I'm happy with what they offer now.

What usually took me at least 30 minutes on an onboarding call now happens on my clients time before we even have the call.

I love the ease of being able to connect accounts, know what was successfully connected, and have confirmation emails across our team. I've always loved the Customer Support too!

The assignment of team members within Facebook Business Manager on Ads Accounts does not work - I know this is probably because of Facebook permissions, but it does make the process not as easy as we wish it was.

The problem Leadsie solves is making the client account connection process a little easier - keep improving it as we would love to allow our clients to tackle the process totally!

I haven't discovered any downsides yet... maybe that doesn't have every single platform that exists? But it has all the major ones we use.

Streamlines delegation access for clients when we're onboarding to our agency, across a multitude of services in one place.

Sometimes there's confusing errors with permissions being granted, which confuses the client, but often the errors are perhaps false - as everything seems ok with the access!

Time to onboarding new clients and accessing all of their services. Particularly when clients cannot follow simple instructions or they lose their credentials to various services.

It’s easy to get clients to grant access to their ad accounts. Previously, it would take a lot of back-and-forth and, at times, even phone calls to get it sorted.

Not all of the platforms we use were fully available, so it didn’t automate our onboarding 100%, but it came close.

Saves so much time onboarding, we used to spend hours onboarding clients on Meta, trying to get the right level of access especially if he client had multiple accounts. Now it takes seconds!

There's not much i dislike. Sometimes it's janky to add new users but other than that pretty good.

Having the right level of access.means we can launch campaigns quickly as there no hold up during the build for not having the right access and if there is we just send another link.

It’s very easy to use and solves a complex problem we used to have when working with the local businesses we serve—getting access to their platforms. With Leadsie, that issue has completely vanished.

The amount of time I got back to onboard new paid social clients. Prior to leadsie I was getting on a lot of calls to troubleshoot facebook access.

There is nothing I dislike about leadsie

onboarding new facebook pages to run ads. I no longer have to get on troubleshooting access calls which used to happen at least 10 times per month lasting 30 min to 60 depending on the client and how well they could navigate Facebook.

Nothing really. The only thing I can think of here is that Meta might eventually be providing us a way to connect whitelisters very simply, which would mean we wouldn't need as many Leadsie features.

Connecting whitelisters so we don't have to go through the painful whitelisting connection process. This might be changing soon because Meta has changed some things that might allow us to connect whitelisters a different way, but ultimately this has been great.

The ease with which we can grant clients access reduces the friction and bumpiness of onboarding new client accounts and assets.

At times, we run into connection errors, and that can be frustrating for clients who aren’t very tech-savvy.

We can send clients a single link and have them grant access to all of their platforms in a much simpler way than sending a bunch of SOPs with numbered, step-by-step click instructions.

What I like most about Leadsie is how much it has simplified our onboarding process. Trying to access our clients' platforms was the biggest hassle, but now that we have Leadsie, it's seamless.

I wish Leadsie integrated with more platforms. For example, different website builders, content management systems, and even CRMs.

This tool has really simplified our onboarding process. We find ourselves using it frequently!

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

There is no downside, however it would be awesome to keep adding features or being able to completely white label your domain using your branded domain.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool addresses the challenge of obtaining access to the digital assets required for supporting our clients with their digital marketing. It has made the process much more efficient, saving us both time and unnecessary stress.

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

I love that Leadsie just works, and every new feature they roll out lifts a weight off our shoulders. They often implement features faster than we can think to use them. They are quick to adapt to updates from Facebook (Meta)'s API and others, eliminating the need for us to worry about these changes. 

They are always available for questions and new use cases, constantly adding new functions without us even having to ask (Ok, we do ask sometimes but they listen!)

Their API and Webhook have allowed us to integrate Leadsie directly into our systems, eliminating manual errors and time-costs associated with transferring data from Meta to our systems. 

We don’t have to worry about changes in Meta or others when they change their user interfaces, authorization APIs, or access policies. We simply generate a link with the permissions we need to get in Leadsie, send the link, and their webhook alerts our systems as soon as our users grant us access to their pages and assets. 

We use this daily and it´s been a big time saver.

It just works!

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

So far, there is nothing I don’t like. 

The only potential downside could be the feeling that we're sometimes moving slowly on some things. Leadsie has already implemented TikTok’s authorization API, for example, but we have yet to acquire clients seeking that service. However, we are working on it.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to get access to our users and customers assets in Meta, but it was a pain because Facebook keeps changing the UI and it keeps getting harder for us and our customers to find their way in it. With Leadsie we just create a custom link request link qith all the permissions we need, and send that link to our customers. We have not gotten any complain on the proces the last few years.

Overall I really like Leadsie. The only area I see room for improvement is simplifying a few steps in the workflow. Streamlining those would make an already great tool even more efficient.

**What do you like best about Leadsie?**

Leadsie is an absolute game changer for agency onboarding. It takes all the hassle out of connecting to client ad accounts, pages, and other assets. The process is straightforward for clients – even those who aren’t tech-savvy – and it saves our team a huge amount of back-and-forth. It’s seamlessly integrated into our onboarding flow and has become an essential part of our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Leadsie?**

The only minor issue is the UI, which could be a bit more intuitive in places. There’s also the occasional extra step for clients, such as needing to log in to Meta Business Suite to assign Instagram assets – but to be fair, that’s more of a Meta limitation than Leadsie’s fault. Overall, there’s very little to fault.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadsie removes all the friction from connecting to client ad accounts and other marketing assets. Previously, onboarding new clients meant endless email chains, detailed how-to guides, and constant follow-ups just to get access to the right accounts. Now, it’s a single link and a few clicks for the client – no technical headaches, no confusion. This has streamlined our onboarding process, reduced delays, and allowed our team to focus on campaign delivery rather than chasing logins and permissions. It’s made our agency look more professional and has improved our clients’ experience from day one.

It’s the only tool we use where the client has no idea how powerful it is, they just click a link, and everything’s connected. No more chasing logins, 2FA codes, or “can you try it from your desktop?” nonsense. It’s so seamless, it’s become the handover point between our sales and delivery.

Honestly, the only frustration is when a client still manages to mess up the process, which is rare, but it happens. Would love a clearer fallback for when clients decline permissions or use the wrong email. But that’s more a people issue than a product one.

**What problems is Leadsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadsie solves one of the biggest headaches in agency onboarding, getting access to a client’s Meta and Google accounts. It removes the awkward back-and-forth emails, missed logins, “what’s the business manager ID?” nonsense and replaces it with one clean link.

It’s streamlined our sales-to-delivery handover. We now look more professional, get started faster, and spend less time chasing permissions. That alone is worth the price.

Getting access to our clients’ accounts used to be a major time killer – especially for Meta, Google, or TikTok. It often took days and was prone to errors. Since we started using Leadsie, this process has become simple, fast, and reliable. Clients just click a link, and Leadsie takes care of the rest. Highly recommended for any agency looking to save time and present a more professional onboarding experience.

While Leadsie has streamlined our access workflows significantly, there are still a couple of limitations. We’re currently missing an integration for Microsoft Ads, which would make the tool even more complete. Also, access to Meta ad accounts occasionally doesn’t go through – though we understand this is more of a Meta platform issue than a Leadsie one...

Leadsie solves the frustrating and time-consuming process of collecting account access from clients. Instead of sending step-by-step instructions and going back and forth for days, we simply send a link and Leadsie handles the rest. Honestly, the best part about Leadsie is how it just makes everything smoother for us and our clients. It cuts out that crazy back-and-forth email ping-pong trying to get access to client accounts, chasing logins or resetting passwords. This saves us so much hassle and lets us focus on selling instead of admin headaches.  It has been a nice surprise "wow" moment for a number of clients I speak to, impressed at how intuitive and straightforward it is. Some even thanked me for making the process so easy for them!

Our onboarding is equally streamlined. Clients can easily upgrade access to everything we need in just a few clicks.

It's exciting to see the list of integrated platforms growing, and the customer support is first class!

If you want to impress your clients by saving them (and yourself) time and hassle. Get Leadsie. We haven't looked back.
