"A reliable tool for newsletter communication and community building"

What do you like best about E-goi?

We mainly use E-goi to send our monthly newsletter, sharing our cultural programme and upcoming activities with our community. One of the features we value most is the ability to duplicate previous newsletter templates and adapt them to each month's programme. This saves us time and makes our communication workflow much more efficient. We also use E-goi's subscription pages, which allow people to sign up for our newsletter independently, reducing manual work and making it easier to grow our mailing list. What do you dislike about E-goi?

Writing and formatting newsletter content could be more intuitive and flexible. The available text formatting and visual design options are somewhat limited, particularly when it comes to font variety and typographic hierarchy. More font choices and formatting features would help us structure information more clearly, highlight key messages and create more visually engaging newsletters. What problems is E-goi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using E-goi, our communication about our monthly programme was more fragmented, and we mainly promoted individual events through social media, relying on algorithms to reach our audience. E-goi has helped us build a mailing list of over 2,800 contacts, giving us a more direct and consistent way to share our activities and reach different audiences, including schools interested in our children’s programmes. The platform also simplifies contact management and allows people to subscribe to our newsletter independently. Knowing that subscribers’ personal data is handled with privacy in mind gives us greater confidence in managing our mailing list.
