**What do you like best about Confect?**

I use Confect to create DPAs for our meta ads, and it's particularly effective for making much better DPAs with cool designs, especially for campaigns. I really value the best customer service team ever. The tool has a great and easy UI. One of the features I use the most is the design function, which is perfect for making cool DPAs using their templates. The initial setup was super quick and easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you like best about Confect?**

- I love how quickly I can go from idea to live DPA. The drag-and-drop editor is straightforward and doesn’t require any coding or design experience.
- The platform makes it so easy to update designs. If I need to swap out a design or adjust a template rule, it literally takes less than a minute.
- Creating and managing Dynamic Product Ads used to be messy for us, but Confect organizes everything in one place and automates everything.
- The editor is clean and easy to navigate. I didn’t need a tutorial to start using it, and that’s rare, especially with a dynamic ad format like DPA.

**What do you dislike about Confect?**

I would love if they expanded into display banners (via google) at some point as well

**What problems is Confect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It makes creating and updating our DPA creatives incredibly easy. We’re able to launch new campaigns in hours instead of days.
- Before Confect, our DPAs looked generic and off-brand. Now they match our visual style and drive better engagement.
- It helps us personalize our product ads based on the item being shown – which has clearly increased our ROAS and improved our cost per purchase.
- Overall, it’s given us a faster, easier way to manage DPAs while improving performance at the same time.

**What do you like best about Confect?**

I can do anything I want with my DPA because of Confect - Story designs, video designs, new designs for campaigns, and much much more. I have tried other tools, and the 2 other tools we tried are WAY too complex and difficult to setup, especially on a day-to-day basis. Confect has increased our performance, brand, and productivity as a marketing team in an easy way.

**What do you dislike about Confect?**

The only small thing I can think of is that it would be great if they added french support at some point, but in general their response times and answers are amazing from their support team.

**What problems is Confect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Dynamic Product Ads was good in the beginning, got a bit better with the 2 other tools we tried, but they became fantastic with stories, videos, TikTok and much more after we started using Confect.

I’ve used Confect for years, in both a large international retailer and a mid-sized eCommerce company, and it has never let me down. The ability to automate and personalize Catalog Ads without sacrificing brand identity is a game changer.

The ease of both use and integration is worth mentioning.

**What do you dislike about Confect?**

Nothing really comes to mind. Any small issues I’ve had were quickly resolved by their customer success team.

**What problems is Confect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confect has allowed us to scale our Catalog Ads without losing our brand’s visual identity. No matter the campaign, our ads always look professional and consistent.

We’ve also seen a huge improvement in performance. When we started using Confect to optimize our Catalog Ads, our ROAS increased, and our ad engagement went up significantly.

**What do you like best about Confect?**

Confect is taking a very complex area (designing catalog ads) and making it extremely simple to do, yet very powerful.

The ability to run multiple designs in one catalog - so we can test and run different designs at the same time - is a game changer for us. The same with the option to schedule design changes automatically.

They dont gate-keep their platform like many of their competitors, you can just get started by yourself - and even implementing on Meta easily yourself.

**What do you dislike about Confect?**

Google doesn't allow designed Confect designs, so we can only use it for paid social and email.

**What problems is Confect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big problems we faced before Confect:

Not being able to impact the performance of our DPA (becuase we can only change ad copy)

Spending a ton of money on DPA, without using any brand assets in the ads (aka users would forget us)

Confect allows us to create multiple versions of our Catalog Ads and test them to see what works best. The result? A noticeable improvement in ROAS while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Its very user friendly and the support is very fast. The system does the work for me - so I don't have to login all the time to change stuff or monitor.

I wish we could use Confect designs in Google Shopping, but unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow it.

We used to struggle with static-looking Dynamic Product Ads, but now our fashion creatives are more engaging and align perfectly with our other campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Confect?**

Any issues we’ve encountered have been resolved quickly by their support team, so no real complaints. While Confect is amazing for design automation, we still rely on Meta’s Ads Manager for bid adjustments and targeting—having those features in Confect would be helpful.

**What problems is Confect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confect makes it easy to highlight key product features, pricing, and limited-time offers in our ads, helping customers make faster decisions. Also our sales and traffic from Meta have increased since using Confect. We now get better engagement from shoppers, leading to more conversions and higher revenue.

**What do you like best about Confect?**

Normally you have to use the in-build feature in Meta, which is quite bad. And the design is pretty hard to style the way you want your brand to look.

Dynamic product & catalogue ads in general, are some of the best performing ads. Still in 2025. Being able to optimize them with technology and ease has increased the CTR across many of clients. 

It might seem like a big hassle, but their interface and export setup works like a charm.

**What do you dislike about Confect?**

A bit expensive for start-ups, however they got a discounted plan depending on your ad spend. So you can get started. I would recommend it, if you're running e-commerce larger scale and multiple products (from 100 to 10.000). 

Even though it may seem pricing monthly, the CTR and ROAS will make up for it.

**What problems is Confect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole setup with adding layout on DPA's on META. The biggest "problem" they fix is the outlook. You have a brand which you would like to keep, and by using CONFECT you get a much broader design perspective, which looks way better.

So far, I haven’t run into anything I dislike. The tool works as expected and provides real value.

We still have to use Meta’s interface for some ad-level controls, which adds an extra step.
