It works like CRM. Whenever I import a new list, pitchbox shows me how many websites are duplicated. Besides, After importing the list, I can figure out SEO metric instantly. To be honest, it's difficult to find fault with the product. When we have any gripes we get stella customer support and they are responsive to feedback. What I would say is that if you are only dabbling in outreach and you don't need to be running multiple different campaigns then this is not the product for you. My favorite part about Pitchbox is that you're able to segment out each user role and workflow. Being able to streamline this process and give users certain permissions allows for maximum efficiency that I've yet to get on other outreach tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only main downside that I see with Pitchbox is that it doesn't bring in all the emails that go into our spam folder. This means that if someone replies to our outreach emails and their replies go to spam, Pitchbox will not detect that they have replied and will continue sending them our automated follow-ups.

To be honest, this happens only about 1% of the time and is easily worked around by just going into the actual email address once a week and moving everything out of spam. Also, I've yet to see another outreach tool that does this successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is some wording/phrasing on the "New Campaigns" list which make the purpose of some of the campaigns confusing. This is very minor, but a bit of tweaking and this bug-bear would be gone. Apart from that, it would be great to have the ability to re-run campaigns on command (after tweaking). But I do understand if everyone had that capability, it would be a massive server load for PB.
