"Helps me stay organized and track deals, but setup and reporting can be clunky"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

They help me stay organized, track deals and manage follow ups efficiently. The visual pipeline mostly made it easier to see deal progress and keep track for next steps. Workflow automation saved some time by reducing repetitive tasks and making routine follow ups easier to manage. The AI also helped me save time by organizing information and suggesting useful next steps for a deal, and its recommendations were sometimes useful and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Some parts can take extra time to set up and manage, and the reporting can sometimes feel less straightforward. I also don’t use some features because they aren’t essential for my current workflow, so I don’t use them regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless CRM with Intuitive Kanban Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like how Pipedrive's interface is really easy to use, especially the Kanban system, which helps me keep track of all my leads in one place. I love the Kanban style deal pipeline feature the most, as it simplifies my lead tracking, and I appreciate keeping things simple and efficient. Also, the initial setup of Pipedrive was quite easy, even for a non-techy person, which is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I don't have any major issues with Pipedrive, but I think the email sync feature should be included in the base plan. As a small team, we really want to have that feature without having to upgrade the plan just for one feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual pipeline and automation help keep support work moving, with AI that’s only sometimes spot-on"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The visual pipeline made it much easier to understand where each deal stands, who owns it, and what the next action is. Having the stages laid out visually also made it easier to spot stalled opportunities and follow up without having to dig through individual records. Workflow capabilities help reduce repetitive manual work and keep processes consistent, and we used automation mainly for repetitive follow-ups, activity reminders, and keeping deal stages or tasks updated. User, role, and access management make it easier to ensure the right team members have access to the right information without compromising security. Mobile access is also important since support doesn’t always happen at a desk, and being able to monitor or act on something quickly can make a real difference to the customer experience. On the AI side, we’ve used it to summarize email conversations, quickly understand customer/deal context, generate or refine email responses, and use AI-driven insights and reporting to identify trends and follow-up actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

More complex cases and exceptions still required manual intervention. The AI recommendations were only sometimes useful, and some lacked the broader context of the customer relationship, so we still relied on the team’s judgment before acting on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

Hi Tarandeep,

Thank you for the detailed feedback.

We’re glad the visual pipeline, workflow automation, access management, mobile access and AI features are helping your team stay consistent and spend more time on customers.

We’re also noting your points about complex cases still needing manual intervention and AI recommendations lacking broader customer context; we’ll share your comments with the relevant teams.

Best regards,

"Strong lead prioritization and personalized emails, but limited multi-sequence campaigns"
4/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that we can import our generated organic leads from our website into Pipedrive and prioritize accounts based on their scores. The visual pipeline eliminates a lot of manual configuration and makes it easier for a less technical person to build an entire end-to-end sales pipeline. Pipedrive’s AI helps us decide who to contact by analyzing multiple factors and prioritizing deals or accounts, and it also automatically creates personalized email copy that addresses each potential client’s specific problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

It would be a real time-saver if we could plan and launch multi-sequence email campaigns directly on the platform, but it’s not that advanced yet, so we have to rely on another platform. Workflow automation helps at the beginning, but sometimes it doesn’t work as expected and we still have to step in and customize everything again. Also, when we need to contact people on other social media platforms, having dedicated links generated automatically would save time. I also wish it could generate fresh leads from the email database, include a customer support and resolution ticketing system, and support other marketing initiatives like WhatsApp and LinkedIn messaging so we can measure overall campaign performance more effectively. "Effortless Sales Tracking with Some Integration Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love how easy and user-friendly Pipedrive is. Its amazing UX makes it feel naturally easy to use, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate that it integrates with tools like PandaDoc, Zoom, and various calling apps, enhancing its utility. The in-house features simplify follow-ups and reminders, making my day more organized and focused on making sales rather than managing tools. Additionally, the onboarding process was super easy, thanks to the Pipedrive team who guided us through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Sometimes the login on Pipedrive doesn't work so well. It's not very good at syncing some things, and occasionally it's broken, like the connection with PandaDoc, requiring me to review, go to the marketplace, and reinstall it. Also, the automations and stages could be better. It wasn't easy to have different automations set up simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Retail Tracking, Needs Better Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I really like Pipedrive's clean visual deal pipeline which we can customize to match our product launch workflow, including stages like outreach, sample sent, buyer review, contract negotiation, and shelf onboarding. It allows us to instantly spot stalled deals and follow up with distributors before launch deadlines slip. The simple customizations require minimal setup, which is great for our lean team without dedicated IT. The custom activity reminders are incredibly valuable, setting automated alerts for follow-ups and contract review deadlines, ensuring we stay on track with retail negotiations. The dashboard helps everyone stay aligned on retail partner status and upcoming product rollout milestones. Compared to using spreadsheets and scattered emails, Pipedrive's visual pipeline lets us instantly see where things are stalled, cutting down on digging through tabs and emails. This system helps us avoid missing critical follow-ups needed to meet product launch deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive’s native reporting lacks tailored templates for consumer goods retail launch tracking at Sunspire Consumer Brands. We cannot pull built-in reports that combine distributor order forecasts, sample delivery status, and shelf rollout timelines together. We have to export raw data and build manual spreadsheets to prepare leadership updates. It also has limited native packaging vendor integration. With no dedicated IT team, these gaps add extra admin work, slowing us down when we need quick visibility to adjust plans before our seasonal product launch deadlines. "Easy-to-use CRM with a visual pipeline and helpful automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is so easy to use and effective. The set up and the account management allow me to conduct various activities with ease. The visual pipeline made it much easier to see where each deal stood and to quickly track what needed to happen next. Moving deals through the different stages was straightforward, and it helped me keep everything organized. I also liked automating routine follow-ups and reminders, and the AI Sales Assistant recommendations were frequently useful for spotting follow-ups and opportunities I might have otherwise missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I don’t use some features because I really don’t need them that much in what I am doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Organizing Deals, but Feels Overloaded and Pricey with Add-Ons"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I liked how it made it easier for me to organize my deals, customers, and clients. It feels like a wide canvas of everything I do, which helps me see the whole picture while still being able to zoom in on what I need in the moment, or on the specific task I need to get done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I think it has too many bells and whistles. On top of the growth plan, it also comes with various subscriptions, which feels excessive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong email, search, and live chat, but rigid workflows and fragile syncs"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like Pipedrive most for Email Management, Search/Filter, and Live Chat. They make it feel less like a passive database and more like an active, automated pipeline driver by bridging initial customer contact, context tracking, and deal conversion. It’s also easy to use and easy to set up, and I’ve found the workflow automation saved some time. The AI Sales Assistant is sometimes useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

It gets frustrating because Pipedrive’s rigid custom logic and basic layouts limit complex workflows. The lack of robust project management features forces heavy manual data entry. On top of that, the email and calendar syncs are fragile and frequently break down, which can lead to missed meetings and fragmented client data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

Hi Asef,

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback!

We’re glad to hear that you find Pipedrive’s email management, search and filtering, Live Chat, and workflow automation helpful for keeping customer interactions connected to your sales process. It’s also great to know that you find the platform easy to set up and that the AI Sales Assistant can sometimes provide useful recommendations.

We’re sorry to hear about the frustrations with complex workflows, project management, and email and calendar synchronization. We understand how important reliable integrations and flexible workflows are, particularly when managing client information and meetings. We appreciate your feedback and will share these comments with the relevant teams as we continue working to improve the experience.

Best regards,

"Simple, organized CRM with a clear pipeline view and helpful AI support"
4/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive has made it much easier for me to keep track of customers and opportunities in one place. I especially like the contact and account management because I can quickly find customer details and see previous interactions. The opportunity and pipeline view helps me stay organized and understand what needs attention next, and the visual pipeline makes it easy to see where each deal stands without checking each record individually. AI Copilot is a useful addition for saving time and getting quick support, and I’ve used it to summarize information and speed up routine CRM tasks (I still review the results before using them). Overall, it keeps my workflow simple and organized without making things complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Task and activity management could be better, especially when there are a lot of follow-ups. Reporting can also take some time when I need a specific view of the data. The mobile experience is useful, but I find the desktop version more convenient for detailed work. I also think there is room for improvement in broader sales and marketing features like stronger territory and quota management, better commission tracking, and more built-in marketing automation options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
