## Pillr Reviews
  ### 1. First Impression was not great, but recent improvements are growing on me

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Pillr?**

As an MSP, Pillr fills a need in my technology stack to provide a managed SOC to my end users. They have monitoring agents and log-absorbing tools that allow me to remain a part of the SOC instead of turning it over completely to a Third Party.

**What do you dislike about Pillr?**

Pillr is primarily relying on workstation installed agents, and then syslog dumps from network equipment/firewalls. Working integrations with network equipment would provide more thorough threat intelligence.

**What problems is Pillr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most other managed SOC platforms require you to primarily rely on them for services, and you are just flowing through the reports to the end user. Pillr allows for me to remain a part of the security team for all of my customers. The multi-tenancy is very helpful, seeing a total view of all of my customers.
