Very cost effective and easy to use, can hit the ground running with this software!

I love the fact that PDF Share Forms allows you to edit and create PDF forms in the web browser without the need of having Adobe installed and paying for it too. This is cost effective in the sense that it also enables companies to have access to PDF forms digitally meaning costs of printing is slashed. Furthermore, as this software is mobile friendly, it means accessibility is very wide. The addition of e-signatures with this software too does add to urgent documents that are in need of signatures can be done via mobile phone, without the need of coming in to our office. This is very convenient for both 3rd party members and internal staff as it allows them to be flexible, and will not have to worry about attending work to sign documents. The addition of push notifications is a feature which is useful for those who sometimes forget to fill out applications on time. The availability of PDF Share forms being accessible is also beneficial as network connectivity is not essential when having to do tasks, so if you are on your way to work underground or on a plane you can edit PDF files for work purposes.

Efficient sharing platform

Saves time on sharing contracts and approvals. The whole process is very simple with contracts are approvals. Multiple files sharing for billing and filing similar expenditure in the office becomes super easy and saves the paperwork as well. Highly recommended for start-ups
