"Evaluating PartnerPath? Just Say No"

What do you like best?

They're really excited to work with you until you pay them.

What do you dislike?

They run in 2 week increments. So you must get your work order in 2 weeks ahead of when you would normally begin working on a project and add time to the end of your project before you plan to go live because it's not going to be ready within that 2 week period that they're working on it.

They won't respond to direct email, and only respond to you if you post on their Basecamp.

Our partners wouldn't even use the PartnerPath portal.

Alarmingly basic reporting. No ability pull reports cross-referencing partner statistics.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Go anywhere else. And go there fast.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We attempted to create a partner portal for registering deals and channel sales enablements.

Benefits realized: Decent sales documentation repository : it's the only place you'll get decent reporting.
