"Beware before you leave or buy this system"

What do you like best about Partner Platform?

It has good technology and reports. Personal lines or any policies that download in seem to come in well and have good summary screens. Also it is offered at a much cheaper price point. However none of this is worth the lack of support or transparency when you leave this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Partner Platform?

Anything that does not download in is very slow to put in. The support is AWFUL, you can't get anyone on the phone. The accounting side of the system is limited at best. Also, when we moved over they took all our policy information from Tam but when we switched back to Epic they would only release the policy "shells". We had to accept new downloads from carriers and manually input anything that wouldn't download. We are also paying for the system still because apparently in the contract it auto renews each year and can only be cancelled or modified at renewal.
