Personal lines or any policies that download in seem to come in well and have good summary screens. Also it is offered at a much cheaper price point. However none of this is worth the lack of support or transparency when you leave this system. **What do you dislike about Partner Platform?** Anything that does not download in is very slow to put in. The support is AWFUL, you can't get anyone on the phone. The accounting side of the system is limited at best. Also, when we moved over they took all our policy information from Tam but when we switched back to Epic they would only release the policy "shells". We had to accept new downloads from carriers and manually input anything that wouldn't download. We are also paying for the system still because apparently in the contract it auto renews each year and can only be cancelled or modified at renewal. I would run away if you are considering this system **What problems is Partner Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used it as our AMS system for two years. We have found the Partner XE system to have great features for the price. They continue to improve the system and are very responsive to suggestions. **What problems is Partner Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an independent agent, we represent quite a few insurance companies, and Partner Platform lets us pull all of that together in one common database. Most of our companies provide electronic download of changes and renewals to update our client files automatically. We also have been able to transition to a paperless work environment and eliminate stuffed filing cabinets. ### 4. You can imput as much policy information as you would like, you just need to know where to input it. **What do you dislike about Partner Platform?** I do not like how slow it runs, and how difficult it can be to locate the right policy/account. The current user guide for Partner XE appears to be outdated, and updates to the program are not outlined in the manual. It takes a lot of self-training to utilize the program in the best way possible. **What problems is Partner Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inputting basic client information prior to the automatic download of policy information. ### 6.
