Every step of the onboarding process was self explanatory and simple to understand. I was able to setup my account with my employer from another country with no difficulties. The dashboard showed the current status of everything and details. Adding my bank account was easy and it was simple to add another account for expenses as well. Payment processing status was displayed and useful. Login security was also good, though I did not use 2 factor authentication as I used Single sign on instead (that already has 2FA enabled anyway). This integrates very well into my current workflow as I don't have to worry about too many usernames and passwords. I haven't had to use customer support but the option was easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oyster? I couldn't use the mobile app as I get an error that my organisation has not enabled it. But I am able to access the web portal from mobile browser anyway - so that doesn't make sense. Would have been useful to have the app active and give notifications as a status changes. Without notifications(as I do not have app access), I have to open the browser every time I need to check the status. It's quite easy to use, which is a big plus. The invoices are automatically generated, removing a lot of the manual work. This is especially handy at a fixed time each month, reducing the manual load significantly. Oyster makes tracking payments straightforward and handles the repetitive tasks well.
