What do you dislike about Outbound System?

Before working with Outbound System, it was very difficult to create a consistent stream of leads and partnerships for my online shop. Now that our company has implemented its proven process, I am creating a consistent flow of new lead conversations that have provided my company with a clearer path to future sales growth. What do you like best about Outbound System?

The Outbound System removes the uncertainty from finding qualified leads. Unlike several other systems I attempted as said they provide automation that burned my domain and cost me more than they provide or even helped, this system is managed professionally so after I approve the copy or messaging, and I could manage the reply to those interested in contacting me, the quality of the leads have been the best that I have experienced with any system to date. What do you like best about Outbound System?

What I like most is that my entire outbound strategy will be managed by experts who truly know how to get things done. Before this, I had attempted several automated solutions; however, I consistently had issues with deliverability including being marked as spam when sending emails. The technical aspects of the Outbound System help alleviate these concerns, allowing me to focus on approving messages and responding to prospects who express interest in our offerings, saving me significant time. What do you like best about Outbound System?

I have tried other tools and agencies before with high fees, but nothing ever worked for me, and I don't think the leads they provided qualified for me to use (no leads ended up in my spam folder, I burned through too many domains, too many failures/too many attempts), and I was left frustrated. With the Outbound System, with a person who truly understands cold outreach managing everything, I just have to approve their messages and respond to the leads coming in. The leads I receive are actually qualified; therefore, my cold calling has improved, and I am closing at a better percentage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outbound System?

The only negative is that it took approximately two weeks to set everything up the way they wanted. I wanted to get started immediately, but after going through the process, I can now see how difficult it is to get everything configured to run correctly. What do you like best about Outbound System?

The system does all the hard work for me, generating leads and qualifying them. The targeting of the leads looks right on point for me, and being multi-channel via email, LinkedIn, and telephone really works, allowing me to focus on closing deals rather than worrying about day-to-day business operations. What do you like best about Outbound System?

I hate to say this but the callers they assigned to us know our product better than some of our own sales team… I was skeptical about outsourcing cold calls but these aren't just script-readers in a call center somewhere. They ask good questions, handle tough objections, and actually book qualified meetings. We're running cold calling only right now and getting 12-15 meetings a month. What do you like best about Outbound System?

We value quality over quantity. We're sending a relatively small number of emails (8000) to a segment of customers that closely resembles our highest-performing customers, rather than sending a large number of random emails, as most SaaS companies do. The results have been significant for us. I have also been able to reach out directly to someone by phone when I needed additional support, which I have not found with other companies in the SaaS space. What do you like best about Outbound System?

The strategy, the execution, the support, the results. We started with just email, added LinkedIn after a month, then added calling after another month. Each channel made things better. I actually look forward to checking my inbox now because I know there's going to be interested people in there. Brandon (our account manager) responds to questions in like 10 minutes.
