Orijin Plus stood out because it brings traceability, production records and connected packaging into one platform rather than adding another disconnected system. For many of our clients, the biggest benefit is being able to centralise supplier, ingredient, batch and production information, making audits and traceability exercises much more efficient. We also like that the platform is already built around GS1 2D barcodes and is preparing manufacturers for Digital Product Passports, so businesses can start building capability before these become mainstream requirements. **What do you dislike about Orijin Plus?** The platform is quite feature rich, so understanding everything it can do takes a little time. Its intuitive interface simplifies the process of promoting loyalty campaigns and engaging with customers. I find the platform's ability to seamlessly integrate loyalty programs with product traceability particularly valuable. This integration allows me to manage both features with a single fee, saving on costs that are usually doubled when using separate platforms. Additionally, I appreciate the timely response from the support chat team, which ensures any issues I encounter are resolved quickly. **What do you dislike about Orijin Plus?** I think having more 3D codes would improve the experience with Orijin Plus, as well as more opportunities to earn more. This would allow launching my product line more effectively using Orijin Plus, rather than introducing a limited assortment. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Orijin Plus?** I was chasing a QR code to go with our custom ear plugs to educate consumers post purchase about cleaning, life cycle of product and general guidance. Orijin Plus and the concept of a connected packaging platform has blown me away. I had no idea the amount of things I could add and how easy it was to do. In minutes I had a custom WebApp on my domain sharing videos, 1 click re orders, feedback forms, and booking links. I can add more features as and when needed. **What do you dislike about Orijin Plus?** As for dislikes, the platform is very geared towards servicing food and beverage products with features like food traceability, nutrition information, etc. It had everything I needed but would say it's more likely intended to be a food and beverage platform. It is also very integrated with the QR codes being 2D barcodes as well. I don't need/want 2D barcodes so I didn't utilize that aspect of the software, but a lot of the workflows constantly prompted me to set them up. **What problems is Orijin Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted an easy to use and manage QR code to educate my customers on the post-purchase care for their custom ear plugs.
