Fast support! Great job getting us set up for success! They did a great job getting our platforms integrated and getting us set up for success. The analytics and reporting features are working much better than our previous inventory management systems.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

As a start-up UK based eCommerce business heavily involved in third party fulfilment, managing our vendor relationships and orders can be a complex task. But since we started using Ordoro just over a year ago, these challenges have turned into strengths. This platform has been nothing short of a game-changer for us.

One of the most impressive features of Ordoro is its dropshipping management capability. It allows us to seamlessly coordinate orders with multiple vendors and suppliers, ensuring that our orders are received, processed, shipped promptly and accurately. The automation of sending orders to vendors and the real-time tracking of these orders have significantly reduced our operational workload and improved our efficiency.

Furthermore, the vendor portal feature is a standout. It provides our vendors with direct access to their orders, which they can promptly process and provide tracking information, which has streamlined communication and minimised errors as the data flows seamlessly between Ordoro and our ecommerce platform to update the customer. This level of transparency and collaboration has not only made our processes smoother but also strengthened our vendor and customer relationships by removing the requirement for manual processes.

The inventory management system also deserves praise. It integrates perfectly with our ecommerce platform, providing real-time updates and ensuring that we maintain accurate inventory levels across all channels.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the ease of integration with our existing eCommerce platform (BigCommerce), it was literally connected with a few clicks and no coding or API setup whatsoever! Ordoro fits into our tech stack seamlessly, enhancing our overall operational flow without any major disruptions or learning curve.

The REAL standout here is customer support! Everyone at Ordoro has been outstanding. They are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us make the most of the platform. They are not shy of feedback or suggestions to improve the platform. This level of support has been invaluable, especially in navigating the complexities of being a start-up and trying to find the right software which checks all the boxes. Brian, Kristen and the whole team you are true legends.

For any eCommerce business looking to streamline their dropshipping and vendor management, Ordoro is the solution I would highly recommend, time and time over.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Enhancing the functionality of Instasync to automatically detect and update changes in products directly within the shopping cart would be a significant improvement. Currently, we have to manually update costs and product prices through CSV uploads. If Ordoro could seamlessly recognize these changes and adjust the product details accordingly, it would truly be the perfect finishing touch to an already impressive platform.

It provides our vendors with direct access to their orders, which they can promptly process and provide tracking information, which has streamlined communication and minimised errors as the data flows seamlessly between Ordoro and our ecommerce platform to update the customer.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

1. We do not have an IT staff so were very impressed with how easy Ordoro was to install and use.  The user interface is intuitive and friendly. Ordoro integrated out of the box with our Big Commerce Marketplace shopping cart and website. It was truly "plug and play". 
2. Our Ordoro shipping rates are superior to any of the other shipping solutions we evaluated for shipping our 1 LB. and 5LB. coffee packages.  
3. We really liked the Sendle shipping option that is included with Ordoro.  Sendle provided us with a convenient pickup service of our USPS packages eliminating daily trips to the Post Office!  
4. Ordoro support was quite good.  This was important as we do not have an IT staff. The Ordoro support team was always just a phone call or email away with answers and advice.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Currently Ordoro supports USPS, UPS, Sendle, FedEx, DHL and Amazon.  We would like to have OnTrac to support our West Coast shipping requirements.  And we would like more carrier choices when shipping to Canada.  We understand Ordoro is working on supporting some of these carriers but we would really love to have them sooner rather than later.

**What problems is Ordoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ordoro is helping us in several ways.  First we have realized meaningful savings on our shipping.  Ordoro provides us with excellent shipping rates especially with USPS and UPS. Savings that we can pass on to our customers.  We can even offer free shipping on some orders which makes us more competitive with other coffee retailers.    Ordoro has a document generation functionality that allows us to personalize our packing lists and shipping labels to include our logo, branding and promotional offers.  The email functionality in Ordoro lets us stay in contact with our customers through every touchpoint in the fulfillment of an order.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

I worked with Ordoro couple of months ago, they have a real good team of developers, who develop web based shipping and inventory management application for Small and medium businesses. Their dveloped applications are very easy to use, as well as they are easy to implement and integrated.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Some time their support services are not upto the mark, they delay in their responses sometimes. I frequently use their services for my shipping processes.

Their developed application is very user friendly and they are updating it on regular basis, which is helpful in fixing bugs.

Ordoro actively listen to user feedback. Continuously enhance their software accordingly. Theyve been instrumental in helping us navigate challenges with third party platforms. The synchronization between shopping carts and Ordoro.

The free version has limited features. Does have its limitations. Its important to test everything during the trial period and compare it with competing options before committing.

Ordoro solves the problems of managing both shipping logistics and inventory in one solution. Now we monitors inventory levels fulfill orders promptly. Ship packages hassle free.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

We had a lot of competitive options to choose from when looking for a shipping program. Since Ordoro was so helpful and responsive, there was no debate in choosing Ordoro. We had one on one calls with a designated employee (William) who was willing and informative about our questions. It was nice to have a hand to hold throughout the whole learning process.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

The icons and links for clicking during shipping are tiny. I wish some of the interfaces like that were more user-friendly for individually shipping orders. I also would like to have more of the Supplier SKU, Organization, and Customs Declarations information optionally available for each product on the main Products page. I also believe in having the option to change the layout of the Packing/Picking Slips available to everyone, not just the higher-paying plans.

**What problems is Ordoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem we were able to solve with Ordoro was getting Endicia GlobalPost activated so that we could start shipping international orders through Ordoro.

Some features do not perfectly fit our business, but they accept our feedback to improve their software in the future.

If you are looking for great inventory management software, Ordoro is the right one for you! We have been using this software for a couple of months for our business, and it works well. All functions are easy to be used. When we found some issues or had questions, their customer service is also very responsive and provided us a great service. Keep up the good work! :)

It is hard to choose just one.  It was very easy to get setup with Ordoro originally, and as we have grown, it has kept up with us.  It has given us a lot of flexibility to grow our business by adding new sales channels  and product kitting.  Their support team is always very helpful and willing to track down a solution.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Anything that comes to mind is not the fault of Orodoro, but third party platforms and their APIs falling short.  Orodoro has done a great job helping us navigate those mine fields and come up with solutions.

**What problems is Ordoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given us a lot of flexibility to grow our business by adding new sales channels, product kitting, and keeping our inventory in sync across all of it.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

Even as a beginner in Inventory and Shipment applications, Ordoro was simple to set up and integrate with our major shipping partner. The system represents accurately our inventory levels and helps us with purchasing orders. Shipments works great, even setting up the printer was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Time between updates is quite long, I would wish that they would update the software more often.

**Recommendations to others considering Ordoro:**

There is a free version with some limited features to try out.  Prices are modest and for the functionalities a really good price for value relationship.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

Our company runs a few e-commerce websites (BigCommerce and Shopify) and also sells on Amazon and eBay. We use Ordoro to help us keep track of inventory across multiple sales channels, contact vendors about drop-shipping orders, and creating shipping labels. Ordoro is robust, but simple and straightforward to use. Adding inventory, integrating with sales channels, setting up vendors, and printing shipping labels is a breeze. Customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. 

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Syncing between shopping carts and Ordoro isn't instantaneous like some other services we researched (Stitch Fix). It syncs about once an hour, and you can sync "on-demand" if necessary. But it's only been an issue once or twice with overselling inventory. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ordoro:**

Great if you need to track orders and inventory across multiple sales channels.

**What problems is Ordoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where do I begin? It imports orders from multiple websites and sales channels into a single interface, which streamlines and simplifies our operations a ton. It tracks inventory across multiple sales channels, which can be a real nightmare without proper software. It automatically contacts vendors about drop-ship orders, saving us time and hassle. And creating and printing shipping labels is a breeze.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

We like to work with Ordoro since it is easy to use, it integrates well with all our eCommerce Platforms and accounting software and it allows us to manage several warehouses around the world. Ordoro has great customer support and is relatively not expensive.

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

There are a few points that Ordoro is missing or not yet fully supports. Fortunately, they are very responsive and steadily launching new features and fixes.

**Recommendations to others considering Ordoro:**

Ordoro is an excellent choice if you need shipping and inventory management. It has its limitation and you are encouraged to test it before you commit (Ordoro offers 14 days free trial)

**What problems is Ordoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to find a cost effective system to manage our warehouses and eCommerce operation. We evaluated other systems in the past and non of them met our requirements. Although Ordoro is not perfect, it is as close it gets to what we need.

**What do you like best about Ordoro?**

For clients that only need shipping, there is a low-cost unlimited shipping plan available, something most other providers don't offer. Pre-negotiated rates with USPS seem to be the norm, but with Ordoro you start with Commercial Base Plus and they have negotiated First Class rates up to 15.99oz, which saves a ton if you ship a lot of small items like t-shirts!

**What do you dislike about Ordoro?**

Their integration with WooCommerce tends to lag a bit behind the official WooCommerce API. Support is sometimes a bit less responsive than I'd like, especially if you're on a shipping-only plan. That being said, their support has gotten MUCH better over time, so this concern is not as big as it once was.

**Recommendations to others considering Ordoro:**

Check out the competition, too, to see if they meet your needs. Once you select a provider, it will be very difficult to get warehouse staff to want to switch, so make sure you trial everything before you tell them that you're going in a direction!

**What problems is Ordoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminate four pieces of software and replace them with one web-based interface that does all the same work in a fraction of the time. One of our clients went from 45 minutes to ship an order (I know, really high!) to less than 5 minutes just by introducing Ordoro to their workflow!
