"Connected Operations, Broad Features—Sometimes Hard to Navigate"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like that NetSuite connects all our divisions and departments, provides significant transparency to staff regarding inventory, product movement, customer information and more, and allows us to move in real-time. I like that it’s cloud-based, secure, and generally easy to use. It can be complicated sometimes, but seems to have all the features we need. It’s rare for a feature to be missing. I appreciate that Oracle communicates early and frequently, that they are clearly dedicated to updating the software, and they are always improving the product by adding new features and connectivity. It feels like an industry leader in enterprise management applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Because NetSuite is such a large, feature-rich program, it can sometimes be hard to navigate. That said, there's a preview out now for the next update, and it so far it seems like a greatly improved menu and search experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Intuitive ERP—But Support Falls Short"
4/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like how flexible NetSuite is. If I make a mistake, I don’t need to open subledgers; I can reopen a month and make a fix. It’s easy to navigate and intuitive, and I was able to pick it up quickly without training. I can manage the chart of accounts and fixed assets and depreciation, track stock options, close months, and prepare financial statements. It’s easy to dig into costs and expenses during an audit, and there’s good traceability for payments and journal entries. I also like being able to create dashboards for senior management. The implementation was pretty smooth, and the support for the ERP implementation was very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The scripts running in the background have started to break over time. This affected our inventory tracking and costing, and COGS wasn’t flowing properly through our income statements when items were sold. I don’t think Oracle has a great support network to help troubleshoot these problems. I had to create a ticket, there was a lot of back and forth, and they didn’t really fix it. A faster, more competent solution would have been nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable and Efficient ERP,"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I find NetSuite to be a good system for maintaining our ERP needs. It efficiently records our financial data, supply chain data, and fixed assets and helps reconcile the books at the end of the month. I like how user-friendly it is, allowing us to focus on more important tasks. It's very easy to customise to fit our business needs, and I love the global search and reporting features. The global search is useful for finding almost anything, and I appreciate the ability to use multiple tabs for multitasking. The system's efficiency and ease of configuration are definite highlights, making it straightforward to use. With effective integration capabilities, it fits our global business needs perfectly. Overall, I would strongly recommend NetSuite as it's a very good system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I think sometimes, NetSuite can be very slow. Also, customer service can be a bit frustrating because when you reach them, they ask you too many questions to get to the bottom of a problem. I expected them to have better knowledge since it feels like they're asking questions as if you're using NetSuite for the first time. So, having better customer support would be helpful. "Powerful ERP with everything in one place"
4/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like most about NetSuite is having everything under one roof- finance, sales, inventory, and reporting all live in the same ecosystem. Once you get past the initial setup, saved searches and custom dashboard save a ton of the time on daily tracking, and never have to worry about mismatched across different platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The user interface feels pretty outdated and non-intuitive, which makes simple tasks take way more clicks than they should. There is a steep learning curve for new team members, and building or customizing reports can feel overly rigid and tedious if you don't know the exact formulas or saved search settings. "Robust Role-Based Security, Custom Dashboards, and Solid P2P Management"
4/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

As an admin, I’m able to manage over 150 users with role-based access and security permissions. I can also create custom dashboards, and the user-level security and global permissions feel robust. The accounting module is solid, and I appreciate the ability to connect to WMS solutions like RF Smart, along with the available plugins and other integrations. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Record loading speed could be faster for certain report types. Also, the UI could be more appealing if the Appearance tab offered more customization options beyond just university mascots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite: A Flexible and Powerful Platform for Business Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like how NetSuite brings different parts of the business together in one system. I especially like the flexibility it can be customized with saved searches, workflows, SuiteScript, and integrations to automate processes and solve different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I dislike that NetSuite can sometimes feel overly complex for simple tasks. The navigation and error messages aren’t always very clear, so troubleshooting can take longer than expected, especially with customizations and integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Yet Adaptable ERP Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I love the large breadth of the NetSuite platform. It covers almost all aspects of our business, so we don't have to stitch together different systems. We use it for CRM, Cases, Projects, and Field Service Management, and everything is real-time. The CRM helps us maintain accurate pipelines, align inventory with sales needs, and it's all visible, not hidden in emails. We use the Field Service Management module with projects to ensure efficiency and profitability through ROI analysis. The MCP connection allows integration with our AI tools, enhancing our dashboards and analytics and even leveraging AI for menial tasks. This comprehensive, unified platform is incredibly valuable as our business grows and our needs evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I think NetSuite could improve in a few areas. In the CRM, I wish there was a more visual queue for displaying quotes where I could just drag and drop them into a new status, instead of having to manually edit them each time. Also, the Bill Pay feature doesn't work smoothly with billing items from purchase orders, and it would be really helpful if the purchase order number displayed on the bills, so I could easily identify which item is from which PO. Another issue is with email case capture; when other NetSuite customers email from their NetSuite environment, it doesn't create a case in our NetSuite, which means we could potentially lose orders or frustrate our customers. "NetSuite Unifies Core Processes with Powerful Visibility and Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its ability to bring all core business processes into a single, integrated platform. It provides strong visibility across finance, operations, and supply chain, which helps improve decision-making and efficiency.

I especially value the flexibility of saved searches and reporting, which makes it easy to quickly access and analyze the data needed for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While NetSuite is a powerful and flexible platform, there are some limitations that can impact day-to-day usability.

One of the main challenges is with Saved Searches, particularly around complex criteria and advanced filtering. As requirements become more sophisticated, it can be difficult to build or maintain searches without workarounds, and performance can sometimes be impacted.

From a supply chain perspective, there are also limitations in inventory management and demand forecasting capabilities. Forecasting often requires additional customization or external tools to achieve higher accuracy and deeper predictive insights.

Overall, while NetSuite provides a strong foundation, some areas require enhancement or supplementary solutions to fully support advanced analytics and planning needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust, User-Friendly, and Gives the Full Customer Story"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

It is so robust yet super user friendly. I love how everything interconnects and you get the full story with your customers from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I don't dislike anything about NS but if I had one thing that I would like to see be a bit more user friendly would be creating saved searches or making your own reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable ERP with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like most about NetSuite is its customization. I find it very useful that I can use the NetSuite MCP to connect to Cloud, pull data out, and create my own dashboards. Being able to easily create my own fields and lists, and then search those fields, allows me to access my information in ways I never could before. Using the MCP, we are able to create our own dashboards and get better statistics very quickly without the need for a third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I'm not a big fan of how having different roles in NetSuite completely hides different menus and lists. For example, if an employee does not have the HR role, they cannot completely see the employee list. On my old accounting system, they could still see it, but it would be clicked out. It was also kinda difficult to set up, and the third-party implementer was not very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
