# What PR CRM platforms work best for account executives who are pitching media across multiple client accounts without mixing up contacts or coverage?

Hey G2 community,

This is something that comes up a lot when looking at how agency-side account executives actually use PR CRM software. The challenge isn't just having good contact data. It's keeping client A's journalist list from bleeding into client B's outreach, ensuring coverage is logged to the right account, and staying organized when you're running three active campaigns at once.

Here are the tools that reviewers in agency contexts describe as handling this well:

Muck Rack: Reviewers at agencies credit the team collaboration features for preventing double pitching, with visibility into who else on the team has contacted a journalist and when. The pitch logging and shared list structure keep campaigns separated by client without requiring manual sorting. Does the team-level visibility extend cleanly across separate client workspaces, or does it require manual configuration?

CisionOne: The mention streams and client launchpad are specifically called out for agency use — reviewers note the ability to view different clients' coverage metrics on one page without clicking around. The all-in-one structure reduces the need to switch between tools during active pitching cycles.

Prezly: Built with multi-stakeholder outreach in mind. Reviewers describe using it to manage separate contact lists, press kits, and newsrooms for different clients, with segmentation that keeps distribution clean. The tagging system lets AEs manage multiple relationships without losing track of who received what.

Agility PR Solutions: Agency reviewers describe the platform as straightforward for managing coverage tracking across clients, with account managers who help new team members get set up quickly. Has anyone found the multi-client workspace setup here to be more or less structured compared to Muck Rack?

Propel: Gets called out specifically by PR agency reviewers for keeping all pitches, coverage, and contact notes in one CRM view, which suits AEs who want one place for all client activity rather than separate tools for each function.

For AEs juggling multiple clients, what's the biggest gap you've hit: keeping lists separated, avoiding duplicate outreach, or getting coverage attributed to the right account?

<p>The risk everyone sets up to prevent is client A's list bleeding into client B's, and tags or separate workspaces mostly handle that. The one that actually bites is the opposite: the same reporter legitimately covers two of your clients, and clean silos work against you there, because nobody can see this journalist already got pitched for another account three days ago. </p>
