What do you like best?

I love that I can count on Optima to always know and understand new regulations and have a strategic plan for how the software will need to accommodate these new rules. They offer webinars aimed at both the administrative and clinical users so everything is in place before a rule goes live.

What do you dislike?

They don't have a comprehensive way of communicating known defects, so we waste time reporting things they already know about and are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Develop a good relationship with a specific customer service/support person.
