I have two tickets open through their portal login, one from a month ago that says transferred and has not been resolved and the other says New from over a week ago. If you call customer service expect to wait a long time to get your call answered. I'm able to get data that is entered into the system easily to run customized reports. **What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?** The user interface is a bit lacking. Also the layout for some of the sections of the application could look more appealing and be placed more effectively. **Recommendations to others considering Casamba Clinic:** If you're considering Casamba you can rest assured that they are an easy company to work with in terms of application ease and setup. They also provide full access to the data that you enter into the system. However, it should be noted that the user interface for the application is a bit lacking. Additionally, there is some odd placement in the user interface for some of the available utilities as well as buttons that don't quite react how I would have expected them to, but that is purely anecdotal. **What problems is Casamba Clinic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking therapy patient tracks as well as marking their goals throughout the therapy process. We also use the data collected from the application during the therapy process to make determinations about the therapy tracks our patients are currently undergoing. We utilize this information by changing the therapy case loads and making appropriate alterations to the care plan. ### 3. We barely ever get calls for Casamba issues, other than password resets or training. I love the fact that there are links and index cards with training within the program. **What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?** Casamba has less reporting available than our other program. **What problems is Casamba Clinic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Casamba for therapists to treat our patients in person and notate at the same time without making the patients feel ignored. ### 9. Pretty easy to self-teach and I like the Ipad capabilities. Ipad is easy to use as an evaluating therapist.
