This app gives direct information when the nurses want to communicate with in regards to the status of my patients. I got both the voice recording and the transcribed messages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently the alert on the app repeats every 60 seconds until the message is read. It will time out after 8 hours if not read. Redundancy text alerts can be configured to different delay times as needed.

What do you like best about OnPage?

I like the continuity of the application and also the extent of nofiying elements available. I also like how easy deployment is, I can push this out via apple VPP across several devices. I have not yet used the customer support aspect of this product but I am sure there will be an instance when I will need to rely on support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I do not like the fact that this is still completely dependent upon the end-user, as they can simply disable the notifications and avoid the system all together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're glad that OnPage is helping you reach crisis situations promptly and offer crisis management services. As a note, you can control the audible art sound level by going to Settings at the bottom of the OnPage app. You can set the alert volume level to loud, medium or silent and on the Android phone you can select vibrate. You can also choose a different audible sound.

On the Settings page of the OnPage app you can select audible alert volume levels. There is high, medium, silent and on the Android phone vibrate.

You can also select from a menu of audible tones for the alerts.
